Pei Wei

My girlfriend is celiac and gets really sick when she has gluten. The last two times we had gone there was a piece of honey seared chicken buried in her gluten free meal. We tried to give the place another shot and made it very clear it was an allergy not a preference but they again completely screwed the order up. I can somewhat understand if the place is busy making a small error but every time we have gone there hasn't been more than 1-2 other people in the whole restaurant. If you do not have dietary restrictions and couldn't care less about getting your order right this is the place for you because the food is always really good.

I like a dis place. Fast service, great dishes. My favorite is orange peel shrimp. Not quite what you'd get at PF Chang's but still really delish.

It is pronounced Pay Way, so you better pay up! The food here is great with amazing staff. They are always having great deals for both vegetarians and for those who aren't. For some reason when u provide feedback, make sure to choose the brownie so the staff gets brownie points. If you choose the Snickerdoodle, I really don't know what happens. I wonder if they get Snickerdoodle points or they lost a Brownie point.

I tried calling an order in and was on phone for 15 minutes, thank goodness i went ahead and drove there, the girl working was the only one working, but the manager named Bob was there, only worked when he felt the need. That is so sad that managers see someone running the butt off and helps when he feels like it. I believe i would consider the waitress as manager material and not who you have. Hannah was very nice and apologetic and expedited the order!! Thank you Hannah!

Chinese food and the setting here is super good. The food was amazing. Looking forward to returning with my coworkers. It has an awesome feel to it. Mood here reminds me of Colorado Springs area.

Not my best Pei Wei experience. Saturday night at 9:15 and they've got chairs on the tables already and it's almost a ghost town. Order taker guy clearly ready to get out of there despite posted close time of 10:00.

We went to this Pei Wei at 8:15pm. The sign on the door stated that they close at 9pm and the open sign was on, however the doors were locked. We waited to see if an employee would let us in but no one did. Very disappointed. We ended up going to Panda Express instead. If you're going to close your doors at 8:15 then you need to change your sign to say you are closing at 8:15 and turn your open sign off. We will not be going to this Pei Wei again.

Love the food. Very quick service. For the most part nice employees. Clean. Not hard to find. If you want Chinese in a hurry would recommend.

This place has the BEST customer service!!! I've been stunningly impressed...twice! Lauren is great. Great, mouthwatering food, too. I'll be back many many times!

Great food and a smiling staff. Since I moved near by I've come to appreciate their take on Asian cuisine more and more. It is much lighter than some of the other places in town which is perfect for lunch. I enjoy several Asian inspired restaurants in town and Pei Wei is one of my favorites.

Finally convinced my husband to get Pei Wei for dinner and he even agreed to go pick it up for me. After bringing it home we realized my entree was completely wrong. I had order the Spicy Polynesian Poke bowl which was not was I received. Not only was it the wrong entree, but the entree they switched it out for was incomplete and was missing many of the toppings (I think maybe it was supposed to be Ahi Avocado salad - but not even sure that is what it was). I was really looking forward to dinner and was very disappointed after receiving this other dish.

Great food, fast service and friendly people. Couldn't ask for more.

Food is good but the restaurant isn't clean and the soda machine is disgusting. Looks as if it's never been cleaned.

Food is great but the service is horrible. They need more employees- the poor people they do have are not able to keep up with the amount of business they get. Every time we go they are out of a staple item (for example) noodles, egg rolls. The staff is doing the best they can with what they've been handed. Honestly they probably need a new gm.
