I went back and forth about deciding to make this review. I used to love piasanos and their deep dish Chicago style pizza. I also used to believe that bad pizza was still ok pizza. I now no longer believe that statement. A couple of weeks back, I ordered from them and received a deep dish pizza with bacon, pepperoni, sausage, onion, and green pepper. When I bit into the pizza, there was no flavor. The sauce, did jot have a taste. The crust was soggy and tasteless. The toppings were all completely overpowered by the bland tasteless green pepper chunks that plagued the pizza. I have had frozen pizzas that had more flavor than what I paid for here. I'm not sure what happened over the last year but frankly, don't order from here, you would likely be better off buying a pre-made HEB pizza and will save money. I'm embarrassed to say I ever liked this place.

This was our first time, we where enroute to the place next door, and changed our mind and tried Piasano's. We were not disappointed, we were greated with friendly staff and a clean relaxing environment. The food was fresh and delicious ?.

We have ordered here two weekends in a row after having it a few times with friends. Both times we ordered sauce (which comes with the pepperoni rolls but is $.75 extra otherwise) and didn't get it.This time I decided to call because that adds up when you don't get the sauce you expect. I mean, pepperoni rolls with no dipping sauce?! The girl told me she could send a driver out (after we waited an hour for the pizza to arrive) or come and get it. No im not driving all the way to rock prairie for some sauce YOU forgot AGAIN, or for your driver to finally bring it and our food be cold or already consumed. I asked for a refund and she told me I could come up there to get the credit. Seriously?! You can charge my card virtually but can't refund me.Management, while this seems small, it speaks volumes when it's supposed to come with some things and we don't get it, then we pay extra for more, and don't get it, THEN are told to wait even longer, or come get it and to come get my refund. This is a lost opportunity on simple customer service. Only reason they got 3 stars is because the food is good.
