People would like to be aware that door dash delivers their pizza..What I'm most upset about is that my food was not sealed!!Showing two pictures..The first photo is a picture off the internet of what it should look like delivered..second photo is the pizza I ordered that was not sealed..

College Station and Bryan Texas doesn't have an actual pizza restaurant. All of these locations are take away or delivery only. So if you actually want to go to a pizza hut restaurant you're out of luck. Call Domino's instead.

Their bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It had poop all over the toilet. The service wasn’t very friendly, they were super slow, and didn’t even do the pizza correctly. We ordered stuffed crust and basically got a pocket of air with no cheese. 😑 never again

Horrible experience. Ordered delivery and estimated delivery was 20-30 minutes (and I live very close). They finished the pizza and waited 10 minutes twiddling their thumbs knowing they didn't have any drivers, sent the order to doordash who sat with the order for another 10 minutes before even moving, then the order hand off took ages or wasn't ready for the driver, and Pizza Hut put my doordash pin in a very incorrect location so the driver couldn't find me and blamed me for putting it wrong. Took OVER AN HOUR to receive anything and my pizza was cold by the time it did get here. If you don't have driver's or the time it takes to get one takes this long... DO NOT OFFER DELIVERY. or update your delivery time estimate cause no one in the world would order with this situation. But you won't because you just like stealing people's money.

(Holding Pizza Hut accountable) I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza with a root beer. I noticed that when my DoorDash person dropped my food off. He did not know any English so I communicated with him through an app that could translate English to Spanish. II ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza with a root beer. I noticed that when my DoorDash person dropped my food off. He did not know any English so I communicated with him through a app that could translate English to Spanish. I asked him where was my soda. They told me they did not give him one. I contacted an another Pizza Hut to see if they could deliver me a root beer. They told me that they couldn’t because it had to come from the Pizza Hut that I ordered. I tried calling him multiple times and no one answered. I spoke to the corporate and they were no help at all. I will be coming tomorrow to claim my soda. I will hold Pizza Hut accountable for their actions.

BIG shoutout to Christina & her crew!! I accidentally got the wrong pizza but didn’t realize it until I got home. Christina & her crew promptly made me a new pizza and delivered it. Thank you so much!!????
Maybe it’s just a fluke or something, but aren’t the crusts supposed to be flavored, some sort of buttery blend? I ordered two large pizzas both of the crusts completely dry no flavor. Everything else was spot on. It was just a complete disappointment to get to the crust and not have the desire to eat it because it’s like cardboard even the stuffed crust. honestly Pizza Hut come on guys.

The Melts were great and filling. Staff were super kind. Just wish there was a table to eat at, but it's a pick-up your order sorta place. Restroom is super clean.
