Every time I order pizza from this location, it is incorrect. These are basic orders, pepperoni pizza, nothing fancy or specialized but somehow they just cannot get the orders right. They are WONDERFUL at rectifying the issues, replacing the incorrect pizzas for free but I live 20 mins away, 40 min round trip and since I never realize pizza is wrong until I get home… I basically spent an hour and a half of my life to get a pizza. There have been 3 incorrect orders this month. These first one I ordered a pepperoni pizza and they gave me a pepperoni and jalapeños pizza. When I got there to pick up the replacement, they had cut it incorrectly so I had to wait for them to make me another one. The second time, also just a pepperoni pizza, also cut wrong so I had to wait. Both times I asked to just take the incorrectly cut pizzas and both times they insisted on correcting it. And then today, I ordered one pepperoni pizza and one pepperoni lovers which costs $3 more. The pictures are of both pizzas. I sure can’t tell the difference so I’m sure they just gave me 2 regular pepperoni pizzas. Get it together Pizza Hut employees!! I counted the pepperonis in the pictures and one pizza has 46 and the other has 54… I can’t imagine they are charging an extra $3 for 8 pepperonis 😑 Side note… the parking lot is awful. I have never once in 3 years been able to find a parking spot because the other businesses that share their TINY parking lot are long stay businesses… a nail salon and an Italian restaurant. So not only are the zero parking spots but they stay full for minimum of one hour. Horrible combination for parking lot utilization.

I have read some of the reviews of this location and have come to the conclusion that those that have a problem are the problem. I don't live in Caldwell but make a point to come to this location every time I come through town. This is the best Pizza Hut Pizza I have ever had, the manger is always friendly and the staff is always great. Any time I've been there and seen anyone who has a issue they always try to accommodate and help.

I made two orders online they delivered the second order first and forget the wings I was tryna call the store called 12 times to ask if they could put the wings with my first order I had already called before the orders where out for delivery to ask if they could deliver them together! I finally got ahold of the manager! He told me my first order and wings was on the way and he would process a refund tonight! I wait for my fist order by the way DoorDash dropped my food off I was so confused! I finally get my food the box is cold as ice then I open a box and they ate a piece of of the pizza I don’t know what else they might’ve done to eat it but I’m not sure I could ever give dem my business again! Then the only review they got on yelp is a 1 star I wish I could give negative reviews I’ve had better experience at lil ceasers pizza and dominos

I’m not sure if the man with the glasses in the gray shirt was the manager, but he and another coworker in the red shirt with brownish blonde hair were very rude. I’m not sure if the situation was racially motivated and I’d hate to accuse someone of such poor behavior, but when I walked in I greeted him and showed him I had a DoorDash for pickup and I told him I’d be back to get my second pizza bag out of my car, since the orders I came to pick up were still being prepared. The man in the gray shirt with the glasses proceeded to turn his back to me and get on his phone as I said that. Granted, I took it as maybe he didn’t hear me, even though I was sure I was clear and loud enough, and proceeded to grab my second pizza bag out of my car. As I waited for the order I realized the man, whom I spoke to at the register, was talking to his coworker in the red shirt who was eating dinner, I’m guessing on his break outside. The guy with the glasses and gray shirt and the guy with the red shirt proceeded to look at me and another individual I was with and talk about us, I’m assuming as they looked back in forth at us with very uncompromising looks. Although it doesn’t seem like much, customer service should always be respectful, no matter what your views are on others. Me and the other individual I was with felt so uncomfortable and would hate to visit this store again. I’m hoping everything gets better and hopefully the workers can learn to put their pride to the side and do their job properly.

The quality of the pizzas I ordered from here were horrible. So oily & almost raw. My most recent experience included my pizza being given to a person who was not me so I had to wait for another pizza to be remade just for it to taste horrible. Not to mention Dominos is cheaper with better taste. Never coming back here again. Maybe it’s just Pizza Hut in general going downhill.
