Pizza Hut Express

Worst customer service and website/app. On several occasions I have ordered through the app and have not only been charged twice today three times I called to ask what I should do and couldn’t even speak. Was constantly interrupted and in the end said she would “transfer” me and hung up. I then called the store and asked what they could do the person said she couldn’t do anything period. Terrible customer service at this location. They forgot the wings off my order then offered to credit me without including the tax.

Which makes no sense since they charged me tax!
The manager Sara refused to get on the phone.
I will not be ordering from this store again!

If you mess on a customer’s order you should redeliver ASAP or give a full refund!!!!
