Terrible customer service at this location. They forgot the wings off my order then offered to credit me without including the tax. Which makes no sense since they charged me tax! The manager Sara refused to get on the phone. I will not be ordering from this store again! If you mess on a customer’s order you should redeliver ASAP or give a full refund!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Just WOW. We just received an order from the College Station location at 3800 State Hwy 6. The order was wrong, missing a $22 order of wings, so I immediately called and spoke with the manager, Brandy, who was absolutely NO help. She kept repeating to me that it’s not her fault that the order “didn’t come through” I told her I would provide our online receipt showing that we ordered these wings ON TOP of the other 5 large parts of our meal and she said “you can come show it to me, but I will just show you what I see” she continuously danced around my question of how we can fix this and refused to even OFFER to fix the situation. Her only offer was “well I can just come get your pizza and take it back” WHAT? You can come take the other $50 of my order back but you can’t find time to make the wings that YOU DIDN’T BRING? We order from this location consistently and have never been treated so poorly by a customer service representative. She continuously mentioned that she only charged us for what was delivered AKA NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. But never fear, they were sure to keep the tip that we added to the ORIGINAL ORDER. I’ll be sure to get in contact with the corporate office, which Brandy so kindly told me to do but “they’ll just tell you what I’m trying to say” save your money and go to Double Dave’s. -5/10 ⭐️
