Got two bowls for husband and he LOVED them! Also got a boba tea for myself and one of my daughters--delicious. We will definitely be back. One thing to note, parking is atrocious for this place because you have to either pay for parking in front or walk from the free parking garage on the *other end* of this whole shopping center. The whole center is super cute and has great potential, but the parking situation should really not be this bad. It isn't the fault of Pokeworks, though--they are still worth it! The shopping center should definitely offer quick, free, convenient parking options for those that just want to park for a few minutes to pick up food from these establishments. Way too many spots were empty in front and nearby, just because of this hassle/shakedown for money.

Parking: Every spot in front and nearby was empty due to the paid status...free parking only in the garage, very far away...makes it a hassle and a deterrent to run into the restaurant for a quick takeout meal. ?

Good Place to Park Sprinter. $8.50 for 6 hrs. Matcha or Milk Tea Drink = Good & Not Sugary.

Food was good, nice quick spot to grab a bite. It did feel a bit pricey, but what doesn't anymore. Staff could have been a bit more welcoming.

Fresh and healthy food @PokeWorks . Kale noodles with Bang Bang Chicken, a must try! ??? However, the staff customer service needs major improvement.. you can't have the staff being jovial and funny with some customers and with others a serious ( I don't care face) attitude.

I am a big fan of this place! Unfortunately this past Friday afternoon my fiancé wanting to surprise me with a bowl had a bad experience with the guy working, he had an attitude because he called me to ask what i wanted. The only reason I decided to submit a review was because I found a hair in my food :( bad service and hair left a bad aftertaste of what once was my favorite spot.

Spicy tuna was not fresh. They garnish it with edamame to make it seem fresh?? Rice was also under cooked. Staff was some what friendly. At least the other poke place in town makes their proteins fresh everyday…
