My wife is obsessed with the bowls here. She will make me drive 30-40 mins to get her a bowl.

Christine and Winnie were so sweet during my visit! It was my first time trying poke and they took the time to explain all of the great options they had. I will be returning for sure!

I’m disappointed to write this review, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I genuinely love the food here, which makes this situation even more frustrating. While I’m not sure if the hours have recently changed, the posted closing time is 8:00 p.m. On two separate occasions, I arrived around at 7:00 p.m. and found the doors already locked.
Most recently, last week, I visited around 7:10–7:15 p.m. and saw the staff packing up. I asked one of the workers what time they closed, and she told me they close at 7:50 p.m. yet she still refused to serve me. During the other visit, the doors were locked even though staff were visibly inside.
If the hours have changed, I would understand, but this has happened more than once, and it’s been a weird and frustrating experience, especially when I plan around the posted closing time only to be turned away.

Service was terrible. The guy that served us was rude and not helpful. Tried to over charge us for water. No soda machine. Small selection of canned drinks. Something was incorrectly marked Gluten free. Could cause a big problem for someone who was not careful

Unfortunately I purchased 3 spam musubi on 6/30/2025 around 3pm. After eating the first one I called the manager to tell her they tasted very funny and too sweet, tasted very off unlike the times I’ve purchased before, but we came to a agreement that maybe I just haven’t had them in a while and don’t remember what they taste like. 2 hours later my stomach started cramping and aching .Fast forward to night time and I couldn’t go to sleep because of the pain, vomiting, and fever . I woke up after only 4 hours of sleep the next day ( Today) 7/1/2025 and still feel ill and in so much pain. As I’m typing this from the toilet I realized I’ve got food poisoning. Never in my years have I experienced this. I ONLY go to poke works for the spam musubi as I’m not a fan of anything else, and I was excited that it was back in stock after a while of me missing the restock.
But Clearly there is an indication of improper food handling, cross contamination, or lack of training. Either way I’m so upset this has happened to me, I’m even more upset that I feel I chose the safest thing on the menu and it turned out to be the one that got me.

Pokeworks is easily one of my favorite spots for fresh, flavorful poke. The ingredients are always high quality — from the sushi-grade fish to the crisp veggies and tasty sauces. I love how customizable the bowls are, letting you build exactly what you’re craving. The portion sizes are generous, and everything tastes super fresh every time. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours, and the service is consistently quick. It’s also great that they offer options for different dietary needs, like gluten-free and vegetarian choices. The atmosphere is clean and casual, making it a comfortable place to grab a meal or take it to go. Best of all, Pokeworks has convenient operating hours, making it easy to swing by for lunch or dinner. Overall, it’s a reliable go-to for a healthy, satisfying meal that doesn’t sacrifice flavor. Highly recommended for poke lovers or anyone looking to try something new.

Great fresh food, welcoming employees, and overall wonderful atmosphere!
Pokéworks is a solid spot for fresh, customizable poke bowls. The ingredients are always high quality—tender fish, crisp veggies, and tasty sauces. You can build your own or choose a signature bowl, and either way, it’s flavorful and filling. Amazing place!
