Customer service is a bunch of college kids, so I don't let that bother me if it's not top tier. Service is fast, and the food is delicious.Parking: They do have 2 15-minute parking spots for pickups and Doordash/ Uber ears. The other spots are pay and park or you can park for free at the parking garage.

I have visited this location several times and while I do think the Poke is very good and always fresh, the customer service has gone way down here. I waited in line today holding my 3 year old for over 10 minutes before I was helped. Instead of making her 2 bowls at the same time they made one, then started all over to make her another one. They filled at least 2 online orders while I was standing there right in front of them. I was finally helped and felt rushed. They also had the audacity to ask for a tip at the register! I have been here twice before when my points are not added to my account even though my loyalty was supposedly scanned. I am shocked there are not more reviews about the customer service here. Maybe it's just me and I'll take my money to the other poke place in Round Rock where I never received terrible service.
