They also recently catered a family tailgate event for AMCHS Bengal Belles, and everyone loved the chicken strips. My family loves Potato Shack. They have great food, super friendly staff, and the restaurant is always very clean. It is a great place to enjoy a meal, or for ordering take out. Every time we eat there or order to go, our food is always prepared quickly and exactly as ordered. I never have to worry about getting the right food.

Potato shack is a good place to go for a really good potato. If you aren’t in a mood for potatoes, they have the best chicken tenders and french fries. Every time we go in, we get greeted and the staff is very nice to us.

Potato Shack Plus is such a hidden gem in College Station! The potatoes are HUGE and loaded with toppings you can definitely share, but they’re so good you’ll want your own. The menu has a great variety, from classic butter-and-cheese to fully loaded creations, and everything always tastes fresh and hot. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is casual, and it’s the perfect spot for a quick bite or a laid-back meal with friends. One of my favorite local spots!

This was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. It was our first time here and we were excited. We ordered a chicken potato and were given sausage instead, which my boyfriend can’t eat for religious reasons. When we asked for the correct order, they refused, saying they couldn’t take back touched food. My boyfriend took a couple bites of the potato because the manager took so long to come and speak to us. I’ve never had a restaurant not fix their own mistake?? To make matters worse, they fixated on the fact that we had taken a sip of lemonade using our water cups, accusing us of being dishonest and using that as justification for not fixing their mistake. The manager was so condescending throughout the entire situation. After an awkward back and forth, the manager offered to serve us what we had originally ordered as a gesture of “charity”. We left without eating and wasted our money. Above all else, the food was very mediocre. Now I understand why it’s always so empty. Absolutely will not be returning again.

For reference, the manager we dealt with was a heavier and blond girl with glasses.

Ordered 3 potatoes, drove 25 minutes home to find out I didn’t get the correct order

Almost 35 bucks for two mid potatoes. No thanks

Maximum unprofessional when dealing with my sister in law from Potato Shack. We paid $98 on a door dash order to get sheistered out of most of our protein. Major bummer.

Bro These Potatoes are Trash! Like The PLUS must Mean Extra Dry and Bland…. Just Sad! I Got Meat Sauce NO MEAT & taste like Vegetable Soup. Don’t Worry I won’t be BACK

The chicken fried steak was as good as ever. Our kid also loved the mini corn dogs.
