It was OK. I got the cheese burger potato and it tasted like they put chili meat on it. Which I didn't care for. And the potatoes were $13 which is a little high for me but I understand prices fluctuate.

Nice variety of food. The food isn't cheap(what is nowadays?) but it's consistently well prepared. I like a lot of spice/flavor so sometimes I'm adding salt/pepper/seasoning salt/hot sauce but the potatoes are always fresh and the toppings of a good quality. I would probably give them a 4.5 overall but I think 5 stars is appropriate if you're basing it off other place's spuds. I will say if you've got a big appetite you will probably need a side or dessert to go with it. Either that or eat your girl's leftovers, they never finish theirs! Probably more information than you needed. Oh well, a nice change of pace from your typical fast food place. And the girls working there have always been super nice. Keep up the good work. I lived in College Station for a few years and despised almost everything about the town EXCEPT Potato Shack. The location has changed a few times, when I first moved to the area the location was at Northgate and then moved somewhere else on Northgate, both great locations since they were walking distance from my condo. Never been to this new location but if you want a badass potato, this is where to go. I think I had every option on the menu but the buffalo chicken is, hands down, my favorite. If you live in B/CS, give this place a try, doesn't matter if you permanently live there (old people) or you're just there for school (young people), get yourself a damn baked potato from here, you won't be sorry.

What can I say…it’s a huge potato. I always order the classic potato. When I take my 3 kids it costs $75+ including the drinks and a couple cookies for all 4 of us. That’s OUTRAGEOUS…I love baked potatoes but come on people.And the atmosphere…let’s talk about this. If I’m paying for 4 potatoes for $75, can someone please put in some comfortable seating and put some pictures on the wall. The 2x4 homemade tables with the graffiti carvings are almost insulting after those kind of prices. Make the atmosphere feel like you cared about the customers and put some thought into it. Potatoes are CHEAP so there’s a huge profit being made. Put it back into the atmosphere a little.
My favorite food spot in college station I literally eat it everyday the coworkers know me soon as I’m coming in or doordashing my food to my house lol the hot wing potato with grilled chicken definitely the best potato

So so good!! My second time having potato shack and the potatoes are huge, the inside of the restaurant is much bigger than it appears and super cute on the inside, also plays good music l. Definitely a good meal if you like to eat!
