Ashley provided exceptional service, demonstrating attentiveness, engaging in pleasant conversation with us, and providing recommendations to out of town visitors. Beverages were consistently replenished without prompting.

The cuisine is of high quality, and the menu offers a diverse selection.

Amazing food and service! Very busy, but Gabi always made sure we were taken care of. She recommended the Mad Burger and it was delicious. I will absolutely be coming back to try more on the menu and hopefully get taken care of by Gabi again.

Based on this one experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant. While our server was very kind, the service by the kitchen and bar was dismal. Took almost 30 minutes to get bar drinks, only five uncomplicated drinks. Then dinner took about 45 minutes to get to the table. Again the server was doing everything she could but wasn't supported on the back end. Felt compassionate for her, the overall experience was rough. We made a reservation and next time we'll just wait in line at another restaurant. 2.5 hours for five people to eat is a bit ridiculous.

I had the fish and chips...and it was DELISH! Our server (Ashley) was amazing, everything she recommended hit the spot. We will be back!

Had a great Brunch at Reds today! Staff was welcoming and friendly as usual. Food was delicious! Always get the queso! Had the avocado toast. Waitress Ashley was on point!

Loved the White Line drink. My husband loves iron steak fillet and the mashed potatoes. the burrata chicken was very tender. we will return to try the other things.

I know Trey so decided to stop on in and try it out. You HAVE TO try this food. Everything is delicious, the atmosphere is great, and prices are less than you would expect. I recommend it to all of my friends. You won't be disappointed.

It took 45 minutes for us to even get our food. The poor waitress was apologizing to every table, making it seem like this was a regular thing that happens. It wasn’t even that busy either.

If the food regularly takes like 30-40 minutes to get out, it’s not worth going here.

My fiancée asked for no tomatoes and onions and she received tomatoes and onions 45 minutes later.

The food had wayyy too much butter. I had the Burra chicken and it was soaking in butter. The mashed potatoes were soaked in butter. I usually enjoy butter but it was just way way too much.

Anyways, don’t go here. It’s gonna take forever and the food is mid and overpriced.

Red's Ice House is a must-visit! The waterfront location on Shem Creek provides a fantastic, laid-back atmosphere with beautiful views and a fun, local vibe. The fresh seafood is delicious, especially the roasted oysters and fried shrimp. Excellent spot for a cold beer and sunset on the rooftop! Highly recommended for a true Lowcountry experience.
