Employees are disrespectful and complain about their jobs too much when asking for more sauce delay told me that she had to finish up what she was doing, and then she could get me sauce. And then she handed it to me at the counter with the sauce. I did not appreciate her, handing me the bottle and tell me to put it back where it needs to go. Employees should not be using foul language or complaining about the customers in front of other customers. I hope there's a change.

Revs is generally overpriced for the quality of their items, and edits to items or orders of multiple similar items aren’t frequently provided in my experience. If you order an item that isn’t frequently ordered, expect a somewhat long wait time, but if you order a common item, it’ll be out in no time. Workers at this establishment are kind and seem to have a positive group dynamic that positively impacts the atmosphere of the restaurant. If you’re looking for an American grill playing country music 90% of the time, Rev’s isn’t a bad option overall, but don’t expect amazing variety or quality.
Vegetarian options: A black bean burger is the only default meatless entree. Since it’s not ordered frequently, ordering one comes with a longer wait time, and the patty isn’t that great. If you plan to subsist off of fries, know that they’re the thin and floppy kind.
Kid-friendliness: There’s no “Kid’s Menu” or distraction items such as coloring pages at this establishment, but many options such as the chicken tenders are a decent portion size for children. The children I’ve seen here seem to enjoy themselves well enough. (I haven’t seen any high chairs here though)

I had a burger here. The price was somewhat reasonable and it had good flavor, but the patty must have been about 1/6 of a pound. It also had some hard bits, but nothing too bad. I like that you can put as many toppings as you want on it. This place pulls off the diner atmosphere even though it’s a fast food restaurant.

I have seen to much negative comments here but what happened last week at this place they make a huge mistake of let it go one of good works that makes good fried and the hamburger meat. All because a student's parent makes a threat to him and the rest of works that the only thing that they are doing is fallowing their job policy. Now it seems like he won't be there any more. Thank you for those who try to stand up beside him and try to keep him there for a little bit longer. Life have something for him. Each one of the works I'm very thankful for try to help him out. If you know who am I talking about.

Wow wth happened to this place?!? They changed the menu and now they serve cardboard for burgers. This place used to be so good especially the hullabaloo burger which was patty with pepperjack cheese and grilled onions with two grilled cheese on jalapeño bread as the buns. Bring it back!!!!
Worse than macDonalds, you get a burger and a bun with no toppings when the picture advertised a lot of toppings

Quality control is the biggest issue here at Revs. Some days it’s good but most days it’s horrible. Horrible fries and horrible burgers. It’s clear that Texas A&M cheaps out here on food for their students. I think I’d rather eat at the Chum Bucket than at Revs American Grill again.
