The waitstaff are always friendly and helpful and the manager/assistant manager always comes by to welcome us. Food was great, but our server rushed us out of there. We were celebrating a birthday, and our time from walking in to walking out was an hour. We didn't even get to order a 2nd round of drinks. He dropped off our check before we were half way finished eating.

My drink was a bit on the 'weak' side and the bartender came over personally and offered to redo it... AMAZING!Also, my server did an awesome job of bringing the food out promptly sprinkled with laughter from all at the table.
We went to dinner wanting to get a great meal. I order a chicken fried chicken and my husband orders a ribeye steak.I normally don’t complain about a meal, butI have to say that my chicken fried chicken was the worst I've ever had. The chicken tasted like it was fried in old grease and the gravy was really bad.My husband’s stake had no flavor whatsoever. The best part of the meal was the salad we ordered. I have to say the service was good, but they really need to train the cooks. Train how to prepare for a good meal and don’t cut corners to save a penny on a costly meal.

Today there was a problem with ourLandry's Club card. At the Odessa, Texas location my husband's card was mistakenly swapped with another guest's card. While it could have been quite a debacle, the general manager, Kelly, went above and beyond to identify and correct the problem. Customer service reigns at our College Station, Texas location!

I ordered a TX Tbone, medium, with broccoli with Oscar topping (crab meat), and double Basil Hayden. I got a bland flavored medium steak with bland broccoli and some breaded bland asparagus I didn't order. I mean, not even salt or pepper! The bourbon and the glass of water had more flavor than the food. Lots of blind for this bland. Solodak Beefmasters was excellent compared to what I was served here. As I told the bartender, I ate it because I was hungry.I should have bought the steak at HEBs and cooked it myself, but it was a long day at work. Better food at the barn looking place than here.
