I love schlotzskys, but this schlotzskys in particular seems to just suck, Everytime I order they get it wrong, I get a chicken fiesta with no tomatoes and plain sourdough bread instead of jalapenos, and Everytime I get it, they get it wrong, they never forget to take the tomatoes off, but they rarely ever change the bread to plain, and last time I ordered it was so ridiculous I felt bad I even spent the money, I got a medium chicken fiesta meal, I spent almost 17 dollars, the bread hadn't been changed, but the tomatoes and the bell peppers both had been taken off, and there was hardly any lettuce, who wants to pay 16 for chicken cheese and olives, that's basically all it was at that point, and it was honestly hard to eat and I was so upset, I dont have time in my day to drive 30 -15 minutes out to the good schlotzskys, or to get them to entirely remake the sandwich, please just get the order right next time it's really not that bad, unless y'all are just too lazy to get it right. I just want to be able to eat my favorite sandwich 😭

2:30 in the afternoon only person they have to serve takes my order then after waiting for 8 minutes at the window to pay never got acknowledged and left since they were to busy with zero guests to make my single sandwich in under ten minutes.

Not enough employees. We waited about an hour for two sandwiches. Employees are nice but 3 people to take orders and make sandwiches is ridiculous. The drive thru was backed up as bad as the inside. What a shame

Ok now I will come back to change this with my next experience. However I went through the drive through for my first time checking this place out. With no exaggeration at all, I waited for over an hour for my food along with multiple other people. Not sure what was going on in there but I hope it gets figured out soon because I have to tell you. That was the best broccoli and cheese soup I've ever had. The five dollar pizza deal they have is impeccable, and the taste is awesome. I highly recommend this place IF they have there wait times heavily improved.

The drive-thru took 25 minutes to get through 4 cars including ourselves. When we got to the window, they hadn't even started making our sandwiches yet. You could see everyone moving around with no urgency. Unacceptable. This poor level of service ruins the experience even if the food is good.

The assistant manager was very rude taking my fiancee and I's order and handed our food to us rudely. We are both hispanic and I saw she treated the white customers better than us. I hope her day gets better.

Employees were short & not very welcoming. I didn’t get any bacon on my turkey club, and my friend didn’t get any black olives in their sandwich despite asking for it and confirming the order before paying. Super disappointing, especially for how much I spent here.

The food is good, but no one came out to take our order and we stood there for atleast 7-8 minutes. I would've left, but my kids would've been upset. I had to order my food through the app, which I thankfully already had on my phone.

They have some of the best gluten-free buns!! I love the Albuquerque Turkey. It's so nice to have a 'fast food' place that has fresh baked gluten-free buns and not cold in a package on the side. They also have a pretty good gluten-free pizza. Highly recommend. And this location the staff is always nice and it's always pretty clean.
