They NEVER get orders right... Even simple ones like 2 salads (same kind) just 2 different dressings. Good lord. And they always seem annoyed that you're there to get food. I don't go often but am always hopeful for new staff and management when I do go but NOPE same'ol, same'ol.

Typical Schlotsky's location. Not busy inside. I like their turkey sandwiches and was not disappointed.

It's not a real Cinnabon, but the service is great. I only go because of the Cinnabon. I'm not a fan of it. Sandwiches that try to imitate a burger.

I placed my order around 11am and pickup time was 11:17am. I got there a little before that time and ended up waiting for 45mins!!!!! Not only was I waiting, but all the tables and online orders before and after me were waiting just as long, if not longer. They were definitely prioritizing the drive thru over anything else. They even had orders that were supposed to be ToGo that they were trying to put on tables. Eventually, I had enough and started asking questions. They stated that they made my order 30 mins ago and didn’t know what happened to it. After waiting a full hour to get my one order, I asked to speak to the manager. He told me I didn’t understand the food business and that he didn’t know what to tell me. POOR MANAGEMENT. And when I said that the entire restaurant should leave a bad review, he said “do what you have to do.” Schlotzsky’s… THIS IS YOUR MANAGER WHO CLEARLY DOESN’T MANAGE HIS STAFF OR HIS RESTAURANT WELL. I feel bad for those employees, because they were all very kind and working super hard. They deserve better.

Keto friendly! I asked for the turkey original with no bun. They were kind enough to ask about the cheese and I confirmed I wanted it and asked for them to melt it on the meat for me. Hands down, the best executed and best ever bunless sandwich.

We stopped in for a quick lunch and really enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, making it a nice spot to relax. However, during our visit, the air conditioning did not seem to be working, and the dining area was uncomfortably warm.

Horrendously slow (always), now not correct. Today’s drive thru took 18 min. I checked for 3 sandwiches and 3 chips before I departed. Arrived home and sandwiches are wrong. Didn’t order anything crazy - 3 regular original sandwiches. The turkey with avocado is not good. $40 of disappointment.

Highly disappointed. First of all I always order the Albuquerque Turkey large sandwich only and love it. However today, while trying to order through the drive thru with only one car ahead, they were slow to respond, and then when they did they ask me to wait even longer. So I finally got to order and ordered it and it was basically bread and roasted vegetables with three slithers of meat. For $18 it totally wasn't worth it. In the past it was made right!
