My friends and I usually have a good experience here, but this was not the case this evening. We walked in around 8:10pm and tables and chairs were already put up, and it seemed like they were closing for the night - despite finding out they don’t close until 9 after we asked the staff. The 2 staff members also looked like they didn’t want to be there, so our entire interaction with them was void of any friendly customer service. When we ordered, they only had tapioca pearls for 2 drinks, so I wasn’t able to get the drink I originally wanted. The drinks are great (reason for 2 stars), but I don’t understand why they seemed to be closing early tonight and didn’t have enough stock on hand to accommodate customers wanting boba. Hopefully this is a one-off issue but I was not happy with the service we received.

First time experience here . They were out of alot of options i was really looking for the matcha boba drink . I decided to go with the okinawa boba drink(a lil bitter like coffee ?) and the OG Milk drink . All very good and not overly sweet. Def give this place a try

First time here last week! Don't order the strawberry with the boba! I told my 9 year old not to but .... Anyways I drank it and it's fine! Great attitude from the employees, answered the few questions we had. I just with the boba places has LESS options! Lol there is not a lot of seating in here we stood waiting for our order. It would be a good place to sit and do some work but it's just a small place.

Just walked out of there... the short arrogant Asian/Mexican dude with short black hair (not sure what he is) has terrible food handling service... so I place my order he quickly grabs a cup say's something to a girl employee and then proceeds to tap her on her cap/hat WITH MY CUP!! Are you serious? That was very stupid to do.. and for what? so immature. imagine what they do when no one is watching!

When ordering the strawverry ICE drink through the DoorDash app, it does not have the toppings option so I always order another drink and give the instructions but when I receive my order I am never satisfied

Came in for a drink to-go. Service was quick and the staff was helpful. I tried the Wintermelon Milk Tea for the first time, it was a bit too sweet for me, but I still enjoyed it! I also like that their large sizes are larger than some other Boba shops in the area, for about the same price as well. They also don't put in too much ice, my drink doesn't get as watered down nor do I chug it in five seconds. I'll be back to try some more tea!!!

Mango Smoothie : 7/10Black milk tea: 7/10Green milk tea 7/10Peach green tea 8/10Sharetea is my favorite drink place and it was disappointing to taste the lower quality tea and creamer options available for usWould not go again and I think the tea was very subpar compared to Houston.The staff were nice and the drink boba was okay so I left a 3 star

I go twice a week and always get the same drink: Peach Kiwi Green Tea with Boba. They always get my order right, and are very friendly every time I come in. Not to mention how fast they are, even when they’re busy. Would definitely recommend!

I tried ShareTea for the first time and I had a great experience. I tried the strawberry tea, and the worker with multi colored hair was very helpful and talkative, asked me how my day was going, and was very kind. When she said she was knew I was surprised because she was very helpful! Will be coming back soon.

Out of all of the Boba shops I have been to, Sharetea is by far has the best customer service and quality of Boba. They have many different varieties to choose from and I haven't been dissatisfied yet!
