This is the third time all the donuts have been overcooked, aka burned. Specifically the cinnamon twists and sausage and cheese koloches. I keep visiting every few months hoping it was a one off but nothing has changed. Hopefully this gets their attention and they adjust their cooktimes or something.

The donuts tasted "dry" and the "plain sausage kolache" was a bit cold.

Went through to try and get a single kolache, the lady at the window was not very welcoming. I order one kolache, hand her a $20 and she tells me she can’t make change for it. Apparently she had made change for a coworker and he took all her cash. So Hands me my $20 back and closes the window. I can’t even rate the food because I was unable to purchase it.

This was the first time my husband and I had been to Shipleys in a very long time. When we got up to the drive thru there was not a menu. So at the window we asked if they had donut holes and kolaches. The woman seemed aggravated that we would ask these questions. Once we got our food and headed out my husband went to eat his donut holes and they were so dark very overcooked to the point of tasting burnt. This is not the quality we expected from Shipleys at all and will go out of our way to go somewhere different from now on. I only gave the food a 2 because my food was good especially compared to what my husband received.

We order from here for our company’s morning meetings from time to time. They always put the heavier box of kolaches on top of the box of donuts. Without fail, it squishes the donuts takes most of the icing off. We’ve asked several times that when bagging, put the heavier stuff on the bottom. We typically get an irritated response and they still put the donuts on bottom. They make good food and are always busy. This is an easy fix with some consistent training. Please help on this.

The girl working the drive thru is extremely rude. I simply asked if she had a menu to look at, because the ones normally posted outside were gone. She looked at me and said I could come inside. I had kids. There was a reason I was in the drive thru. Not sure why providing a menu was such a big deal. Sad.

The food is great but man the girl that works the window with the horribly applied eye lashes is terrible. She is so rude. Every single time we go. They often forget to give us what we ordered. And then we we check they get mad. If you look at their passed reviews this girl is a constant problem management refuses to address.

Ask for napkins. I didn't, and now my phone screen looks like I've been watching...adult films.

Just went to this location for a couple of fresh donuts as I haven’t had any for quite some time. I ordered 2-maple iced, and 2-blueberry cake donuts. When I got home and opened the boxes I was in awe as to what I was looking at. The 2-blueberry donuts were severely burnt. They didn’t even resemble a blueberry donut that I’ve had from this location in the past. I actually thought they were chocolate donuts at first until I picked one up to smell it. Secondly, I couldn’t even imagine the employee putting it in the box to sell it to me, more or less the pastry chef even putting it out to be sold. I guess the next time small business owners complain about experiencing less traffic and sales, they need to analyze their staff, and the product they are putting out there to be sold. Thoroughly disappointed!
