My wife purchased donuts on 9/20/25 and we discovered that our bank showed a double draft. We contacted the management and were promised it would be taken care of. Two weeks later with 3 trips and several phone calls we still had not received a refund. We contacted corporate office and were told it would be taken care of. As of today 10/30/25 we have not seen anything refunded to our account or heard from the management at the local store or corporate office. Wasn’t a lot of money but the whole incident says a lot about the integrity of the local store management.

Stopped by this morning and was very satisfied with my experience, I wasn’t sure what I wanted and the lady that helped us was very helpful with explaining their options and served us with a smile. Will definitely be my new location to get our donuts!

The donuts are fine, the atmosphere is very nice. However, the front of house staff needs serious training as they have a disconnect in the food sanitation area. The team member that assisted me put on a fresh glove to pick the donuts up and when I placed my request, he used that same hand to work the cash register, before proceeding to pull my donuts with the same gloved hand. Stunned into silence, I received the box of donuts and noticed that when my order was filled, they threw out the glove so that they could attend the next guest. I question even risking my health to eat the donuts as they are now contaminated. This is similar to what I have experienced on multiple occasions with different staff members. I get no joy in writing this review as this is an otherwise a nice place to go to.

Amazing place to eat. No one should get any donuts anywhere else other than here!!!! These donuts don't feel like a rock in your stomach like other places 🤣.

Heather, LuLu, and Shadae are the most hard working and funny women I’ve ever met. My daughter enjoys her pink sprinkle donut and the attention from the staff!

This is the third time all the donuts have been overcooked, aka burned. Specifically the cinnamon twists and sausage and cheese koloches. I keep visiting every few months hoping it was a one off but nothing has changed. Hopefully this gets their attention and they adjust their cooktimes or something.
