While sitting in the drive through, a careless employee slammed the door to the metal trash can into my car, then argued that she didn't actually do it. She caused $4,000 in damage to my car. It took 4 days and contacting corporate to finally get management and still was never given an apology, just an "Our insurance will contact you." Haven't heard anything from their insurance.

Parking: Less kiosks and stalls than other Sonic drive-ins, but they also have a drive through window.
