The burger was cold, exchanged for a new burger, but the new one tasted horrible. I'm never going to this Sonic again. I wish I had read the reviews first. This place needs to be shut down and all these bad reviews need to be brought to the city council's attention.

This is my second time eating at this sonic, both times now the burger has been cold in the center. Like refrigerator cold. Very unpleasant and should be fixed immediately.

YET, AGAIN! COMPLETELY Disappointed. Not only did they not give me the requested dipping sauce! But I ordered a Large chili cheese tot. And when I got home to eat it.. HALF WAS ALREADY GONE.....I ORDERED A LARGE FOR A REASON! NOT A HALF EMPTY TOT..

I like the happy hour half-price sodas and tea. My husband ordered a shake with NO whipped cream, unfortunately they automatically put on the whipped cream, so I had to take it off.

Took me 40 minutes to get someone to take my order. I pressed a button waited 20 minutes then it just went away then I go to the drive thru. A worker looks at me makes eye contact sees me there and doesn’t ask to take my order. I got back to the drive in part. I pressed the button. Waited. See someone else go to the drive thru and they took their order immediately. I was livid and still respectful. I go back to the drive thru no one takes me order again finally an employee who was outside went back in and she told me to pull up to the window I came up SHE finally took my order then my order was wrong I order a route 44 got a large whatever then I ordered a lemonade and got a limeade. After 40 minutes and I get the wrong items. Worst experience ever. I also tipped the worker $5 just because I was so happy I finally got my order taken

Although it closes at 11 pm, when I arrived at 10:50 pm to eat, I was told they are no longer serving food. I specifically structured my workout around them closing at 11 to eat dinner. Close at 10:50 then, don’t say 11 if you don’t serve that late.

The manager is very Rude and Disrespectful when you have a complaint. The car hop who is working on his birthday, is having a bad day. So he was cussing and said he didn't give a F. This Sonic has given Uber Eat Drivers wrong orders as well.

I hope they learn how to become more professional when working in the public. Especially if they are looking for a better place to work.

They don’t give full orders to DoorDashers this is the 2nd time I have ordered 4 things and only got two out of the four items don’t order slushies or blast from them unless you are at their store. Reggie their manger said at first my order was still there then said that they gave my full order to the dasher. So don’t trust them when you DoorDash or the dashers with your summer treats

The gentleman who delivered our food forgot one of our drinks (mine amusingly) normally i just ask for my drink and run off. But i guess my drink was never made, because this kind gentleman not only remade mine, but my gf's as well and made them a size bigger. We were all smiles around and he had a good sense of humor.
