I've never had a car hop not speak a single word to me, I had no issues or anything I said hello he hands me my items and walks away even when I said thank you he said nothing, maybe he should find a different line of work...

Tried to get drinks yesterday, arrived and told speaker wasn’t working. Ordered, the man insisted sweet tea be called “sweet brown water” which made me not really want my drink anymore, but they took our card. Five minutes pass and still no card back. My husband asks for his card back, they say the card machine isn’t working… so give us our card back. They said we will have to pay in cash. We don’t carry cash, because it’s not 1975. This goes back and forth for 10+ minutes. He eventually has to demand and snatch his card back. Asked for a receipt to state the charge had been cancelled, they said they didn’t run the card at all. So why hang on to it for so long? No drinks were given, despite wasting our time and trying to steal the card. They then had the gall to act like we had wasted their time. If your card machine and speaker isn’t working, just stop - close until it’s fixed and don’t waste our time.

Next day? Fraud alert from our bank. They must have written down the card details.

I ordered the new double smasher burger got regular patties and cheese, basically a double cheese burger the forgot the lettuce and pickles and tomato, I'm not going back to this place if you can't get a burger right.

Did an online order and they did not even get it right. I ordered a quarter pounder burger with everything plus onions, a large onion ring, and a large dr.pepper with cherry and sweet cream. Instead I got the driest overcooked chicken sandwich known to man with three pickles on it! The onion rings were slightly burnt, and the soda had no cream. I understand one mistake but I waited for about 15 minutes for this. Very disappointed, i spent 15 dollars for a barely edible meal. most likely will not be back.

Man I just wanted some fresh tots. At first they made me wait for fresh chicken with cold tots. I waited 20 minutes just to have them drop them back in the grease. Waste of time and money.

Me and my friends went, craving, yearning for a good garlic butter bacon burger. When we pulled up to the restaurant, we were immediately denied service due to them being closed, after we had checked online to make sure they were open, the website said they closed at 12am. Our disappointment rumbled in our stomachs along with our hunger… as we drove away in the rain we couldn’t hold in our anger any longer and that is why you’re getting this review!

The most rude employee I’ve probably ever experienced. Three different days this same man was on the drivethrough, and forgot to give us multiple things. Tried to make us repay so we showed him the receipt the first time, and finally gave the items very rudely. The two other times we told him we were missing things and he slammed the window shut and said “they were in the bag if you would just look”. They were in fact not in the bag. Very rude on all 3 occasions… that employee was obviously not trained and shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Placed an online order. Park in a stall and hit the button. Sat untill it timed out and had someone next to me get their order taken immediately. Wasted 30 minuets of my life thanks.
