What has happened to good reliable Sonic???? Its dry. Too salty, just not at all good anymore. The speakers dont work you can't understand me. I about chocked on my dry burger. Come on get it togeather , or you are going to loose customers. BE out business.

This location has always been my go-to spot for late-night cravings and I genuinely enjoy chatting with the employees while I wait for my order. They’ve always been friendly, hardworking, and make the experience even better!
However, what I heard tonight through the drive-thru really broke my heart. I overheard a manager speaking to employees in a completely disrespectful manner going as far as to call someone “retarded.” That kind of language is unacceptable in any workplace, especially from someone in a leadership position!

These employees show up and do their jobs, and they deserve to be treated with basic human decency. I truly hope upper management or someone at a higher level sees this review and takes action to ensure better treatment for the staff.

Onion rings and corn dog was a hard as rocks, drink was straight water. Spoke to a manager David was told to bring it back. Took it back today with the ticket still attached just to be told they want except that as proof. When its all they gave me. Will never get my business again.

I made an online order, and right after I put it through and payed, I realized I forgot to take off pickles and mustard from my burgers, and called to ask if they could be taken off. The lady on the phone was really really sweet, and said they’d make sure there were no pickles or mustard on my cheeseburgers, and when I got them they infact, didn’t have those on them. So many places will say things and not do them, so it’s really awesome to have a Sonic near me that actually cares about their customers enough to listen even when I make mistakes, so thank you 🥹🤍

I love the ice at sonic. Our refrigerator had to be repaired and so we had to buy ice for about a week. I went to sonic every day and got two bags of ice… the service was great. The ice was perfect..

Only good sonic in town. Every other place either doesn't make the food correctly or just scams you with the incorrect product you didn't pay for. Example, they have a special burger, but when ordered they give you a regular burger but with the special sauce and try to pawn off the cheaper food as the more expensive premium burger that was ordered. Watch out for that one. I wouldn't have known either as it was my first time getting one and luckily my brother has had a few and was able to recognize that it was clearly not the special burger. Just stick to this location and yall should be good.

Desires the Country life

The girl who took my credit card had her phone sitting on the counter by the cash register. She had it face up. She took my card for payment then before giving it back to me held my card over her phone, flipped my card over still holding it over her phone. Got my receipt and gave me my card and receipt back. When she handed me my card and receipt she saw that i was watching her. I was parked slightly behind the window so i could see her phone on the counter where if i had pulled up all the way i may not have been able to see what she had done. Our eyes locked. She knew i knew. I knew she knew i knew. When my order came she gave me my food and said nothing. She knew i knew and i knew she knew and she knew i would probably complain. She gave me my food and said nothing. I took my food and gave her the look. The look that showed her, i know what you did. Thankfully i used an Apple card that has no numbers on it. I felt that the other people at this location were complacent because no one said anything to her, she did it openly. It was not like she was hiding her phone and copying the card. She had the phone on the counter, in the open, not hidden. Other employees could have easily noticed her.

I went to the Sonicdrive in website and it is useless. There is no way to contact corporate. I used the chat and and the first time i received no help. I asked to email the corporate office. They do not have that option. You can only complain by chat. I tried a second time to complain by chat. They said, than you for the chat and my review will be shared with the drive-in for review. That is basically useless also. The drive-in seemed to be complacent in the first place, letting the young girl have her phone where she could easily video record people's credit cards, in the open in front of other employees. I do not know if a manager or assistant manager was available for the shift and if they were knowledgable of what was going on.

Me and my husband and my 2 month old baby(this is important part) were eating our food in the car before we had left. I noticed two of the workers getting into a car and then smoking right next to us in another stall. 1 why are employees sitting in stalls that customers can use. 2 why are they smoking right next to the CUSTOMERS. At first it smelt like cigarettes but about 5 minutes later it smelt like straight weed. I’m very disappointed in the atmosphere. And something needs to be done about it my baby was inhaling that nasty stuff. One of the employees had dark hair and glasses
If that helps the store manager. Absolutely disgusting getting high on the job.

I sat at the far mobile app stall for 15 minutes after placing my order of ice cream. Decided to head to the drive thru and was told they don't deliver in the rain to those stalls. When I asked how I was supposed to be notified they shrugged and said it was the managers decision.
