Sonic Drive-In

I sat at the far mobile app stall for 15 minutes after placing my order of ice cream. Decided to head to the drive thru and was told they don't deliver in the rain to those stalls. When I asked how I was supposed to be notified they shrugged and said it was the managers decision.

This sonic should sell some kind of smash burger because every time I get a regular one from here it comes out all smushed

Not only are their chicken snack wraps about 1/2 the size of the other 3 locations in Cstat, but I just found part of someone’s hair net in the bottom of it!

Ordered 3 corn dogs with a honey mustard dipping sauce for each - a total of 3 sauces - through the app. I was informed that I could only have 1 sauce for all 3. If I wanted additional sauces they would charge me $0.27 EACH! No other sonic does this.

I will NOT be back to this location.

Hope management chokes on their sauces!

Trash service. Order online and schedule a pickup time? Waste of effort: your food will be ready no sooner than 15 minutes after you check in for pickup. And it won't be made correctly. They're even worse than the other locations I've been to in town.

Shout out to the two best cooks in the kitchen, Stevie Wonder and Hellen Keller for making my hotdogs today! It's not hard whatsoever to put cheese in the middle of a hotdog. i've worked in fast food before, ik it sucks, ik it's stressful, but that doesn't mean i threw ingredients around the kitchen and hoped they'd perfectly land on the sandwich i was making. It's a cheese hotdog, if u can't put cheese, especially the tiny amount of cheese i was given, in the middle of the hotdog, don't work at Sonic.

If you go here, maybe just get a slushie. They are thankfully capable of getting all of the drink i ordered in the cup.

Over all a good place. Have had my fair share of things not being right or taking what feels like forever but still not a bad place. You can customize your drink exactly the way you want. I like to try crazy add-ons for my beverage so this us great for me. I like how they have specials, for instance right now I can get pretty good fries for only a dollar. Yum!!!

Went to do half price shakes. Was about 1050 and saw was online exclusive. After spending 10 minutes ordering online it says sorry this location isn’t accepting orders. Pushed the button sand they came on said we are closed. Explained the situation and was told sorry. We are close. Nowhere did it say there was a time limit on the app or anything. Was really disappointing. Not the first time I have had issues at this location. Usually it’s not getting orders correct.
