I frequent this location four to five times a week.While my complaint may seem trivial, it is the basic request for most orders.Something as simple as the amount of ice in a drink. The person taking the order and/or making the drink simply doesn't relay the information or just doesn't care.Asking for a drink with "light" ice or "easy" ice is about as simple as it gets yet it seems to be difficult to obtain.If this persists my next order will be at Dairy Queen.

A friend brought me a burger and onion rings, and this was the WORST burger I have ever had! I ordered a cheeseburger with mayo, no onions. The meat was very thin and off-color, it had no cheese, and it had catsup mixed with the mayo. It was also soggy with limp lettuce. The onion rings were not good either...tasted like they were fried in old grease. No more Sonic for me!

Ordered #11 5 pc tenders (drive thru) the kid had a hard time giving me ranch with my tenders.., with tots and 1 onion ring and drink... 1 ONION RING and tons of tots.. I don't know what the cup of sauce and gravy was for but that was awful..I will keep driving by.... ?

You are in Texas. Why are your pull in areas so narrow ? We go to a lot of Sonics that have much wider parking. Our Ford Dually will not fit in your spaces.

Employees didn't seem as if they cared enough to have good customer service.
I’ve been ordering a Route 44 coke with light ice at happy hour for years. Now they are adding more ice even though i ask for easy ice so I started asking for no ice without an issue until yesterday. Usually it’s $1.79 but they charged me $2.11 and said it was their policy to charge more for no ice. It’s a small amount pay but nowhere does it state that policy, not on the menu or at the window.

Been here dozens of times, and they NEVER bring the sauces with the food. No ketchup with burgers or fries. No Marinara or ranch with cheese sticks. And when I ask for the sauce that COMES WITH THE MEAL, they always pop an attitude and say that it costs extra. Like how cheap can a multi-million chain be.

Order a double meat cheeseburger with no cheese the meat stank and I had already left back to work, after taking them 17mins to get order done. Well never go there and spend 11.00 on that
