Great place to get drinks if you like roulette. Will you get the correct order today? Who knows. The more complicated your drink is the less likely you are to get the correct one.

So seriously and in all honesty, the fastest I have ever had a cup of coffee in my hand from a Starbucks.

The blonde girl behind the counter was incredibly sweet and the crew was incredibly fast.

I was so blown away I wanted to leave a tip, but I found out that this particular Starbucks does not allow employees to receive gratuities. That is some bullshit. They have an outstanding crew here.

I personally love the worker Ariana Rimera who works at this particular Starbucks. I was in and out of the line within 20 seconds, she asked me how my day was, and even helped me choose a drink since it was my first time. She started me out with a free water, and helped me choose my now favorite drink (Strawberry Açaí). I have been going to this Starbucks everyday from then on, JUST because of the welcoming service from this worker. She always has a bright, cheery, happy smile every time I go and I LOVE the energy, quickness, and friendliness she exudes to the customers. I don't know how much she is paid, but she NEEDS A RAISE!!! I would wrote this review because of the amazing customer service Ariana Rimera showed me these past 2 weeks, and I look forward to going to this Starbucks more in the future.

Stoped here during a college tour for my daughter.Nice library and coffee shop but all the baristas are young college students are are not used to normal customers like us ( non students) and lacked the knowledge of the normal Starbucks Menu I ordered a Dark roast and the Sticker Said Verona. Barista was trying to persuade me by telling me that a Verona roast was a dark roast , I’ve been ordering this at my Trophy Club Starbucks for years I obviously know my order!!

Insane waiting times. They only ever have one register going which is done deliberately to slow the line down so their baristas aren’t overwhelmed. I asked one of their employees about it. Super weird concept, but irregardless expect to wait at least 20-25 min for a coffee…I’m not kidding.

Don’t usually write bad reviews. However, I have had two bad experiences with wrong orders.Last week I ordered blonde espresso. And the barista used regular espresso. Didn’t mind. However, not once did the barista make sure she was using blonde. Just gave the drink a quick glance.Yesterday, I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso. I asked for light ice. And it was filled to the top. Ice was filled to the top however, the drink wasn’t. If I’m paying over $6 for a drink, I expect it to be filled and not little bit over the third line. There was more ice on the drink than the drink itself. The sticker did say light ice. Also the cinnamon was just placed on top instead of shaken in as if they forgot to add it.So, please tell baristas to read the stickers correctly.

Barista misunderstood my order and finally after several times repeating myself it still came out incorrect. She has airpods in and seemed totally checked out. Location was also filthy and operations were slow despite a light crowd, avoid this location.

Waited over an hour for a drink. Be sure to order well ahead of time. The employees weren’t loud enough for the customers to hear so the orders piled up.

Gets very, very busy. Every seat will be filled. It took 25 minutes to make a drink that's essentially just milk, watched them make it in 30 seconds tops. Only go if you have time to burn.

Hit or miss. Most of the time it's ok, but sometimes they use too much/not enough syrup or milk or whatever and the coffee tastes off. Also, I ask for whipped cream every single time, and every single time I have to ask them again when they give me my order. Not the best Starbucks I've been to

I ordered my regular coffee (Brown sugar Oatmilk Shaken espresso) with 1 less shot of espresso and light ice from this location today and when it came to the counter it basically had ice to the bottom of the cup. When I went back to the counter to ask if it can be remade with light ice like I ordered the barista reprimanded me and told me that they would not remake my drink since they had only put one grande scoop of ice in my drink. They continued to made me feel extremely uncomfortable about asking for my drink to be remade and proceeded to tell me to order a different drink next time. I’ve never had this kind of service before there in fact I have had nothing but good experiences before this one. I’ve only had one drink remade in the past and the baristas were extremely kind and gracious, so this came as a complete shock. Since my past experiences were much more pleasant I’ll give 2 stars instead of 1. And I will be rethinking my visits to this location in the future.
