Crazy Saturday morning pre-game. And Adrian was AMAZING!!! He calmly took people’s questions as they asked where their drinks were, found what he could, and looked in the queue for all orders.
It was so chaotic but he was so calm. I have seen seasoned emergency crews crack under that kind of pressure, but not Adrian. He would randomly take a moment to take some deep breaths and then keep going. GREAT JOB!!!

This is the worst Starbucks in college station. Everytime I have gone to this location something has gone wrong, and it is always with the lady who has dark hair and a rounder face. She is rude and dismissive when it comes to errors. Today at the drive through I got handed the completely wrong drink and before I could say anything at the window, I got the door shut on me and she walked away. When I went inside to get my correct drink I heard her tell the staff something, and then got handed my drink immediately, without saying what my order was. A different time I got a grilled cheese and it took 10 minutes and when I asked on the 8th minute, she said it takes a long time to cook the grilled cheese, when at different locations or when she wasn’t working I’ve gotten my grilled cheese in 2 mins or less. The drive through speaker doesn’t work. I just paid $8 for my drink to be handed something that isn’t what I ordered, then to get handed my correct drink with the wrong espresso. I would love to see a change in staff because I have found that I only run into issues when she is working, and I am very reasonable and understand mistakes happen, but when there is no proper resolution that is where I get frustrated.

Hi this is a decent Starbucks and the employees are very nice. I had a great experience my first time here after I placed an order on the Starbucks app. I received all of my food and drinks and everything was going well and then I was waiting for the last drink on my order a Venti Iced Matcha and what I was given horrified me it was the clumpiest matcha I had ever seen. The matcha wasn’t mixed well at all—it was very clumpy and hard to drink. Instead of a smooth latte, there were chunks of powder floating around. I usually enjoy Starbucks matcha, but this time it felt rushed and not up to the usual standard. Hoping the baristas can take a little more time to properly whisk or blend the matcha in the future. I was so distraught but I didn’t want to ask them to remake it because they were so busy. I just had to deal with this upsetting sad miserable clumpy matcha 😢. However I have decided to leave 2 stars instead of one because the rest of my order was great.

Every time I've visited here--no exceptions--I've received genuine service with a smile from someone who is incredibly well trained, thoughtful, and goes the extra mile.
