We had the best drive-thru experience thanks to Chasity! She was so sweet and personable, especially with my two kids in the back seat. She made them feel like they were getting real “grown-up” coffees and explained how to order something fun and kid-friendly. She had them roll down the window so she could talk directly to them, made them laugh, and made the whole moment feel special.
