The staff at this location is always amazing. I was having a rough morning. Our new kitty passed away suddenly yesterday, and just before I got to the window I found myself in tears all over again. I was trying to hide it, but the man at the window could see I was very upset. He was so incredibly kind and let me talk for a minute. It really touched my heart, and helped me remember there are still many kind and wonderful people in our world that do care. Thank you, gentleman at the window. I appreciate your kindness more than you know. Just to add, this isn’t my first interaction with him. He is always a pleasure to see in the drive thru!
