I had trouble placing my order because I wanted to try something different, but there wasn’t a menu specifically for Frappuccinos. I asked a blonde, skinny girl for help, but she wasn’t helpful at all. She gave me a look as if to say, “How do you not know what you want?” and said, “Well, there’s a lot of caramel.” Of course, I already knew that. When I asked for a menu, she seemed to ignore my question entirely.

This location has the nicest baristas!! John especially is so friendly and welcoming :)))
The drinks are always delicious. I like all the holiday drinks . You can get sandwiches, desets too . They have bottled water and juices . You can also buy cups , coffee. There is seating. The staff was friendly and helpful .

Average... didn't follow my instructions very well. Huge disappointment. I've changed my review after the owners response and lowered it.
I went through DT it can be backed up. The space is tight. I would rather go to another location. My food was ok, just cold. The drinks were great as usual.

The ladies working the drive through in the mornings clearly hate their job and I really feel bad for them. It might be time for new management that doesn’t roll their eyes at customers for their own mistakes. I don’t care how busy or stressful it is, if I’m paying $10 for a drink I expect it to be made right. In-store is 10/10 always so sweet and kind, but drive-thru they really lack in customer service and quality control.
