Parking can be a challenge here. Drive-thru customers are often forced to block parking spots so they don't have to get out of their car. It's just a poor setup for efficient in and out. Service is great and coffees are tasty...if you can get in.

I had trouble placing my order because I wanted to try something different, but there wasn’t a menu specifically for Frappuccinos. I asked a blonde, skinny girl for help, but she wasn’t helpful at all. She gave me a look as if to say, “How do you not know what you want?” and said, “Well, there’s a lot of caramel.” Of course, I already knew that. When I asked for a menu, she seemed to ignore my question entirely.
The drinks are always delicious. I like all the holiday drinks . You can get sandwiches, desets too . They have bottled water and juices . You can also buy cups , coffee. There is seating. The staff was friendly and helpful .
