The customer service is friendly and great here! This is the Starbucks I love when I visit College Station. The staff taught me to call a dark roast with a shot of espresso a Red Eye!I'm revising my review and added three stars for food since at least two orders of coffee last week were not hot. I hope this Starbucks remedies this issue.
Really disturbing to see a non-service dog. When I told the staff there they did not care the dog was not a service dog. Disgusting to see a dog walking INSIDE.

After receiving a delivery with a 3rd of the actual coffee in it two times in a row, I called the location to ask if they would be willing to ensure the coffee was secured in the bag. Was told with a very tense and tight voice that they were unable to do that. I stressed that the delivery was not their fault but the packaging was something they could control. I offered several solutions, to still have a frustrated and tense/tight customer service voice over the phone. Was met finally with a yeah, we'll do that.I'm a firm believer in adequate customer service. This location fails most times when it comes to adequate conflict resolution. Most people can handle customer service when everything goes right, but, good customer service also requires great conflict resolution skills.Please, do some trainings and coachings on conflict resolution here.

Not a fan of Starbucks' politics, but we ended up here as we waited in line for Snooze brunch next door. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Coffee was good, though overpriced for what you get.

Had to wait for 20 mins just for the barista to pour milk and coffee. Drip coffee was already brewed and he just decided to take personal calls and then come back and serve The other lady barista saw me standing while others got their custom drinks and then called her coworker to literally pour me the coffee. Also the coffee was lukewarm and not enough milk. Never again Starbucks !

This is the best service at any Starbucks I’ve ever had. I spilled my drink and they promptly cleaned it off the floor, and offered me new drinks free of charge. Happy customer!
The parking lot is tough to maneuver, but staff is fast and friendly.

Stabucks is the most reliable coffee shop around. Their drinks and food are always delicious and fresh. The employees are always friendly and upbeat, perhaps a little more caffeine than they should, LOL.I have shopped their location all across the U.S., never disappointed.Absolutely recommend!
