I wanted to write this to give Cathy a 10/5 star review. She is so kind and always a joy. I took my daughter this morning for a cup release and it made my day that she remembered us. The store did a great job and everyone was friendly, but Cathy is our new fave!

Absolutely rude cashier. I cannot believe she acted like I was a problem for being there. Wow. Get it together Starbucks. Guess your just a number here. Usually I get great service. Very disappointed. Ash was the cashier.

I paid for an extra shot of espresso in my caramel macchiato and it’s still practically just steamed milk in there. Can’t even taste caramel either. I brought it up to Patience asking if the extra shot made it in there and all she offered was to add a little bit of caramel on top. After watching them remake the shaken oat milk espresso in front of me and it coming out just as pale, I gave up and accepted the $7 “la croix” version of a caramel macchiato. 10/10 do not recommend this particular location.
Why do I always think its a tread when its $6 before tax for the medium size drink. Its a nice treat if youre in target and the people are always nice, but why so expensive! Much rather get tastier coffee at Dunkin for $5 For the Largest size.
