The courtesy and service are so outstanding that they get fifteen stars. Good drip coffee and a nice little quiet seating area around the corner were perfect while I waited for them to charge my phone for free.

I tried to order a sugar cookie almondmilk latte and she told me they didn't clean the machine from the night before so it would be a 15min wait. I then went and got some stuff at kroger and came back thinking it should be ready by now so I could order and instead the employee was on her phone and still hadn't cleaned the machine. I guess she's just going to keep telling people she can't make anything.

This has been my go to Starbucks for years. Avalon is so sweet! Everyone is. She’s my favorite though. Always nice and happy and makes my coffee soooo good.we are about to move and I hope that I can find a spot that I live as much as this one

Problems at this place with staffing. Numerous times no staff shows to open up. Other times they only have one staff member show up while trying to serve a line of people. Have to take orders and making drinks. The staff are very friendly snd apologize for the problem.

I stop in only occasionally, all of the staff is polite and fast. I came in tonight, Barista Brodie was working, he asked if I was having the same thing as last time. I think he has waited on me once or twice.That is incredible service !!!If this Starbucks is open, I will park and go in, I appreciate excellent service like that.
