I came in the store around 9:45pm January 26 2025 and tried to order first Brandon lied and told me store was already closed after I showed him the time and let him know the store closes at 10 he proceeded to make rude comments about how nobody has came in store in the last two hours and I was slowing him down from closing. He refused my service stating that he could refuse service for any reason he wanted. I asked to speak to a manager but kept telling me he was the only person in store. I will be filling a complaint with corporate office

If I could give location zero stars I would. They have a guy that works there named Chris he is extremely rude and disrespectful. My wife asked him for the brand of chips that she wanted and he grabbed the wrong ones and she went told him it was the other ones and he literally threw the chips on the counter to us. I would not come to this location at all.
the lady that helped us was great and i enjoyed my sandwich !! i felt bad though because yall seem short staffed as she was the only one working on online and in person orders, hire more people!

Get the poor Cindy some help. She was by herself, took her over 20 min to finish 2 sandwiches of the people in front of us. She was very snappy, too.

Went to subway on my lunch break thinking I was going to get a good lunch with a side sweet snack nope. I ordered THE BOSS sandwich which was very good, the guy with the blonde hair who prepared my sandwich didn’t warm up my pretzel so I got in the car thinking it was going to be warm and soft but instead it was cold and hard. The churro was good two bites in but a bit too much cinnamon sugar, and once I got home it was already a hard which means it’s past the two day shelf life.

Waited for 20 minutes in line, but the worker took about 8 minutes per sandwich and we left due to scheduling issues.

I went to here for my lunch had a man making my sandwich. I wanted my toppings in a specific order so I told him what I wanted and was going to mention I wanted onions last. He grabbed the onions instead of bell peppers by mistake and then remembered I never mentioned onions then dropped them after he put the bell peppers on the sandwich I said I also want onions. He told me in a very rude tone that I should have told him i wanted the onions when he had grabbed them by mistake and why did I not?Look I don’t care how you think I should order my sandwich don’t speak down to me like I’m an idiot over some onions I genuinely didn’t even want the sandwich after this and didn’t ask for any sauces as I didn’t want to inconvenience this man whose paid to do his job.If you’re that unhappy and snappy just look for new work or just go on unemployment.

I just came here and had the pleasure of Chris making my food. He was super sweet and kind! He greeted me and was friendly. He took his time making my food to perfection. Also the store was clean and I love that they have coke and cherry icees! I ordered a blt wrap with a cherry icee and took my food to go.

Food was as expected and they kept it clean, that being said, I was just told that her manager makes her charge extra for Olives. Having managed at subway not only do I know this should not be happening but there's not even a button to charge for extra vegetables. Don't know if I should be upset with the manager for making their employees charge for something they're not supposed to or if this was a lie and I should be upset with the employee
I was there around 7 p.m. tonight and the guy got upset because I asked him to remake my sandwich. Even though I said "a little bit of salt and pepper " he put way too much salt. I tasted it in the store after I told him that he put a lot. He said it was almost empty and he wanted to get out as much as he could. But if I asked for a little salt dont try to empty the shaker on my sandwich ? as me and my child were filling our drinks, him and the older woman started talking about it like I couldn't hear them. I sure said something. I told them that I could hear them and it was rude and unprofessional to talk about a customers in the store. They will not get my money ever again at this subway!
Dude claimed that he was busy but wasn’t
Great food
If I could give zero stars, I would. The worker, Chris, was completely disrespectful. I told him I wanted a pretzel and then decided I wanted a couple more for my mom and husband. He started smart mouthing me saying well you should have said that in the first place. He then started throwing my food around very aggressively. It’s obvious something was wrong. It is Black Friday today so I was thinking maybe he was really busy. But then I got to thinking, I have worked customer service all my life and have worked on Black Friday and have come across very rude customers but never once would I have acted like that. My mom saw how he was acting, as did the other customers so my mom came over and told him he was being very childish and disrespectful. He claimed it was because he had a very long day. The other customers around who have been here before said that this is nothing new and they’re never nice here. I didn’t even want my food anymore but I still paid for it.
