Ordered ahead on the app, droce up and got in line, then proceded to spend 20 minutes waiting in line without a single car moving. I thought about just leaving, but unless I wanted to jump a curb, I was stuck in that line with cars ahead and behind me. After 20 minutes it finally started moving, at which point it took 10 minutes to get through thr next 4/5 cars which is more what I would expect.
