Props for being quick if they happened to get the order right.

Ladies worked real hard getting a food ready and it sure was good. The man Charles H needs to be a little more friendly while taking my order. Had 4 tacos supreme.

This Taco Bell deserves absolutely No stars, every time I come my experience is terrible the manager is terrible and the workers are just terrible. No customer service whatsoever, I am always rushed, I ask for a minute “is there anything you have in mind already what i can i get for you” can I get ONE MINUTE. Terrible they just need entire new management. The MANAGER HIMSELF messed up my order once and got upset with ME after it was HIS FAULT. Terrible service

Ordered a tostada the 60s one and who ever made it put a smige of beans and literally has 3 strand of cheese wen I asked for it to be remade the guy said that's how it's made I told him every time I come here it never looks like this he proceeds to start yelling at me trying to say hes the manager wich I know he's not the crew needs to be retrained and the "night "manager " needs to be retrained on food Presentation will be sending this to corporate

Worst experience of my life. The food was cold. We had to wait for 40+ minutes. And the waiter was rude. Do not recommend.

Sat in drive thru for half an hour, did not move at all, 16 cars deep. Rack in the lobby loaded with delivery orders, employees ignored me at the door, order was stone cold when i got through the drive thru 2 hours later.

Ordered a beefy five layer burrito and paid basically an extra dollar for extra sour cream. There was no sour cream on the burrito

Decided to grab dinner today with the children after school because we had a busy evening, all they wanted was crispy tacos (meat & cheese, they were right, daughter only wanted bean/cheese burritos, tell me WHYYY THEY PUT A WHOLE LOT OF CHOP ONION IN IT,? ofcourse we didnt ask for, this is absolutely wrong, makes me so upset that we didnt find out till my daughter taste it?
