I'm a fan of Taco Bell. Judge me for it. I don't care. But when they roll the burritos wrong it makes all the ingredients clump in groups. I get one bite that's nothing but sour cream. Another that's only meat. Everything's in there. But the order is all wrong because they get in a rush and roll it the wrong direction. I know they train their people. But either the people don't care or Management isn't doing anything about it. So am I going to stop eating taco bell? No. But every time I get a burrito rolled wrong I'm going to copy and paste this review anew. How long do you think it will take for them to take me seriously? Let's see. 12.16.25

I love going to this location. Mrs. Tonya was eximirary in the experience that she provided. We have been coming to this location for over 4 months since we have moved into the neighborhood. And every interaction no matter the time or day she provides the same energy and attention on ever visit. In addition augustin who I do not believe to be involved in customer service, we have noticed his hard work and he says hello to us as well always seems happy to be working at his job and Mrs Tonya makes sure to point out to us his extreme help to her. We love this location and these two employees and believe they should be recognized for their hard work.

8/10 times I can easily expect my order to be wrong. No matter how long its been, its consistently wrong. Its like they can't read an order and make it properly. If I pay extra for something to be added/replaced, I expect it to be done. This has been happening for a long time, so I can easily say its probably a management issue. Can't train employees right and can't make sure they do their jobs correctly either. Insane.

Kindly, please reread orders or clarify the order through the drive thru. We have ordered from here and received the wrong items multiple times. I don’t know if the person only hears the word quesadilla and automatically zooms through without hearing the differences. It’s not that hard. A cheese quesadilla is not a chick-en quesadilla. A steak quesadilla is not a chick-en quesadilla. Cheese or steak? It’s not chicken! I don’t know if this is a running joke? These cheese quesadillas are so expensive, so we spend easily over $20 on quesadillas. Then, we come home and boom, wrong order. Why do we come back? I don’t know, but my husband is too afraid of asking for a refund sooo….whoever is doing this, please just slow down a sec and follow-through please. I just want my dang cheese quesadillas 😭😂

The food is always wrong and made incorrectly. Was told last time by the manager himself (Charles Hopps aka. Chuck) that he would fix my order and even give us cinnabons to accommodate for the constant mess ups. Not only did we not get any cinnabons, the order was still incorrect, and they didn't remake all of the items that were messed up.

I came in after working all day and some how asked for the wrong menu number. I didn’t realize it until my order came out and I told them I accidentally ordered the wrong thing but told them it was fine I would still eat it. Someone in the back heard me and asked me what I meant to order and I told her and as we were talking another lady asked what happened and made me the correct order without charging me for it.

Wish I could rate them lower than 1 star. This is the 3rd time that my daughter has ordered a quesadilla without the jalapeño sauce. Checked the receipt all 3 times and all 3 clearly say “no jalapeño sauce” but all 3 times they had sauce and we have thrown the quesadillas away because she will not eat them. Finally talked to the manager. No refund or comp offered. Said he would talk to them.
Literally ordered a full pack of the cinnobon dulce de leche delights and got just two of them instead and still charged full price, gave us the wrong burrito, Quesadilla wasn’t even cut and had barely anything in it. And then charged us for water inside a cup for three dollars. We are were so upset we that nothing was correct
