Do not order delivery. After paying a hefty fee/ tip ,compared to the price of the food, they got my oder wrong again. This is the 3rd time this has happened. They don't pay attention to the orders received. One time I ordered 6 items and only got 3. When I call down there I'm told that I have to go pick it up or pick it up next time I go to the restaurant, therefore leaving me , and the other people I've ordered for if it's their items that are missing or wrong, out of luck for a meal. People order delivery for a reason and can't always immediately drop everything to go pick up the items that were missing or wrong. They shouldn't have to if they pay for the convenience for delivery, it's the restaurants responsibility to make sure the items ordered are accurate. I've been told they can't give refunds if it's ordered through the TB app. I asked how to go about doing that and the employee said they dont know. So, essentially I'm out of luck if I can't go pick it up. I've paid for food that I dont even know when I'll have time to get it on top of being charged for delivery. The TB app also doesn't have an option for a refund or to even speak to someone other than via email. Please do better TB crew. I'm not trying to be a Karen but it's been multiple times now, that's the only reason I'm even writing a review. If I was able to pick up the food I would not have ordered delivery and just picked it up in the first place. The employees were really nice when I called and the 1 star for service is for their lack of attention to detail and incorrectly filling orders.

We walked in and tried to order food from the human cashier. She told us to use the kiosk and then proceeded to take the person behind us order. Lol, it took us 10 minutes to place our order at the kiosk as the system was freezing and laggy. The dining area was dirty and the employees seemed as if they were from another planet. Moved with absolutely no hurry whats so ever. By the time we walked in, ordered our food and ate 45 minutes had elapsed. This was trying to be quick on our lunch break. Anyways the food was good next time, we will take the drive-through.

They are refusing to take orders at the counter and forcing you to the kiosk. They don’t tell you this and just let you stand there until you force them to acknowledge that you are standing there.

I like this place and I go there pretty often, at lease once a week.However, please give me more sauce!I always order the Cravings pack which has 4 burritos and 4 tacos, but you always give me 5-6 diablo sauce packets.At least give me 8 so that I can put 1 per burrito/taco.

My crunchy tacos are always soggy, the bottoms fall out as soon as I get home (5 min away), they always forget my cinnamon twists too. Don't recommend.

Prices definitely higher. Now new menu for bulk purchases. Boses are stopping by for food for their work crews. Had two in front of me in the outside order and pickup line. No big wait while they made 24 tacos twice for those in front of me.
