First off, I want to say our waitress was phenomenal, which was a huge change from last year. Last year the food was phenomenal but the service wasn’t so great. But this year, the food is awful (which to write this review took a lot of out me because we do love this place) but tonight, was our last night. We ordered crawfish, catfish, extra fries, drinks, and the “all you can eat” crab. The crawfish was way overcooked, the crab legs as well. Each plate of crab legs got worse, and my last plate of crab came out COVERED in soap. It was awful. I hope no one else experiences this.

Horrible experience. Sat unattended for 15 minutes. Finally order waiter forgot about drink order. Drinks came wrong. They forgot our orders. Waiter walking by without even acknowledging. Just horrible leadership.
Services was great all around , food, speed, kindness, our waitress Tessa did a great job today. I’ve never had a bad experience eating at Tadz!

Service was not good at all for our party of 12 . The waitress never refilled our drinks didn’t get all of our food out to us right. Also didn’t even get our checks right. We ask her for plates for appetizers we never got them.

It was great food! Little wait on getting seated. Appetizers were awesome, will recommend the crab cakes and the seafood sampler for sure. Will come back when we are in town!

The food was decent nothing crazy. The service was absolutely terrible. All the dirty plates were left on our table and here’s the best part when I go to pay I want my change waitress comes back to tell me they don’t have quarters so you won’t be needing your change so in that case you will not be receiving a tip the owner can pay you a tip for your bad service for the price that they have on their menu I expect top quality servers. We will not be coming back again.

Now I remember why I don't order from Tads. I placed an order online a nd never got an acknowledgement. I waited 45 minutes and then tried to call and got a busy signal. So I drove over there. The girl behind the counter could not find my order even after I showed it to her. She disappeared into the kitchen and eventually another woman came out. My bag was sitting on a rack.
I asked how long it had been sitting there [I ordered fried oysters]. She said only a few minutes. Well, I get home and oysters are soggy and pretty much room temperature. And crawfish bisque was lukewarm. The crawfish must be pureed because there were none in the cup. I also got no receipt only a charge for $56.15 on my credit card. I guess you gave yourself a hefty tip for take out as the posted price for oysters was $29 and $14 for the bisque. If anyone monitors these reviews, please have someone contact me.
Edit to respond to respond to response. I did not receive an acknowledgement of my order but drove to the restaurant. My order was sitting there on the wire rack. There was no receipt attached to the bag. I called the restaurant and was told an $8 tip was added. I then told her that my food was cold. She told me because I waited so long to pick it up. Really poor management of online ordering.

Had lunch as a party of 4. Service was great. Food was good; fried mushrooms were the best I've had in a very long time. What left me with a nad taste in my mouth was the surcharge on the bill. Yes, there is a paper taped to the door about a surcharge for card payment and a discount for cash. However, none of us saw this as we walked inside. Just know that fact before you decide to spend your hard earned money. Tad's: consider informing customers when they are first seated instead of having to explain after the fact.

Not bad, considering there is no other restaurant like this in CS. However, I would advise that you keep an eye on your bill. I was given the initial bill with the total. After reviewing it, I gave the server my card; they ran it and brought me back the receipt to add tip and sign. However, I noticed that the total on this second receipt was higher than the original receipt. I am not sure why a mystery amount was added to my bill, but in the event this is a common occurrence, I would keep an eye on your bill. (If not for this, I probably would have rated them higher.) Note: I would have asked my server about the issue but I never saw them again. I waited for them to come back (probably 10-20 minutes) but they never did.
