Everything from the quesabirria tacos to the salsa was delicious. I got the food super quickly and the tacos were filled to the brim. Definitely a hidden gem and I’m definitely coming again for the torta birria. The food reminded me of home.
So Im fr Dallas looking for food after Aggie game and came upon thks little food truck! omg i got a quesadilla de pastor and like 10 tacos of various meats. So good and meet the owner who my husbund talked too..super nice y si señor muy bueno tu comida. Mi marido es de Zacatecas and approves :)
Amazing! Melt in your mouth carnitas and pollo tacos. Nicely hot temperature-wise, as well as lovely spice. The green sauce had a wonderful kick. They apologized for me waiting a few extra minutes but totally worth it! Elith was so sweet and friendly 🥰
