Staying at the Embassy Suites and saw they had a dinner special: prime rib, baked potatoes and broccoli for $21.99. That's a great price.The dice of prime rib was huge (see pic) and the baked potato and broccoli was all you can eat.I was seated immediately and service was excellent, friendly and courteous staff. There is also an open bar and my waitress kept bringing me free scotch on the rocks every time I asked.I really liked the Ajou sauce, piping hot and with a-lot of course pepper in it. Pared well with the meat as did the horseradish sauce.The dining room was clean and not noisy. Pretty quiet and comfortable.I would definitely recommend them and will eat here on my next stay

Excellent customer service! Friendly staff! Chef Eric & Sharita in The Saber were AWESOME! The rooms were clean & comfortable. The entire facility was clean & well kept. The front desk staff answered the phone immediately every time I called down for something & were kind. The food/breakfast was top notch.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Special shoutouts to a few of the staff: -Roxanne, made sure my room was clean and stocked with snacks! :) -Alma, Devin, and Wade. They made sure happy hour was fun! -Jenni, the hotel manager was very helpful. She answered all of my questions and always greeted me with a big smile and “Good Morning!” The hotel is very clean and smells good. I used the gym and pool during my visit. Both amenities were fully stocked with towels and were clean as well. The cooking staff and manager in that area were very polite and helpful as well. I highly recommend staying here!

Very nice Embassy Suites - excellent location, rooms are updated and clean. Bathroom has pump gel/shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast was included and excellent quality and variety. There is an EV charging station as well.

Very nice Hotel. Nice staff on the front desc, great room service and a brillant team on the bar. The restaurant has a small menu but the food has a very good quality. I missed for breakfast fruit, cheese, ham, different qualities of jam and normal bread but anyway the quality was good. I will come again. ??

Best hotel experience I've enjoyed in more than 3 years!!! I travel extensively for business...since the COVID scam was perpitrated, I've been consistently disappointed by the ease with which most airlines and hotels have allowed the excuses for poor service replace their previous commitment to exceptional service. Not here...the staff is always smiling, accommodating and anticipating guest needs. A huge ?? ?? ?? for GM, Mark Karbotly, and his team of hospitality professionals!! Thank you for restoring my faith in business travel hospitality.

This is our 3rd time in College Station for a football tournament. We have been to 3 different hotels but I can tell you this Embassy suites has turned our stay into a great experience. Thanks to Lauren and Jacob. We checked in we had an issue, they resolved the issue Very quickly With no hesitation. Fresh to cook breakfast as well as a buffet breakfast then we had lunch with made to order Pizza. Complimentary fountain drinks. I will definitely be booking our next stay here in college station. Best Embassy Suites experience we've had!

We stayed for 3 nights, and we enjoyed, so we decided to book another night, my night was already paid thorough my app, I explained to the lady in the front desk she decided to ignored me and charged me for the night, she was kinda rude, I haven’t received my money yet. We had to move to another room, and big surprise we open the sofa bed and there was pee all over the sheets, very disappointed!
The service and amenities were excellent. However, we had a terrible night’s sleep because the mattress was horrible in room 108, which also has badly scuffed walls and one wall had a hole in it. Shame on Embassy Suites for billing it’s top quality and not taking care of all its guest rooms and their comfort

She gave a nice send off to an enjoyable stay with very clean rooms and breakfast great with overall nice and welcoming staff. Also, special thanks to Celio (worked clean up in breakfast area on Sunday). I spilt my coffee as I was leaving and he readily and warmly cleaned my mess. Thanks for being so understanding and quick to clean my spill so others were safe. Thanks to all.

The hotel staff was excellent and very friendly. We were in town for a college visit, and were very pleased with the pleasant staff and clean rooms. The morning cooks were friendly and personable as they cooked omelets.

We stayed here with our Highschool ColorGuard. What a great experience! The head chef was so amazing and kind. He made sure the girls got to eat the morning of finals before they were even supposed to be open. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and all the staff in the kitchen that were picking up after our 22 highschool girls were amazing and kind too. I didn’t have any interaction with the housekeeping but I’m sure they are just as good as the rest! Shaelyn Fisher was my direct contact with the group and she was incredible too. Thank you all for everything. Our stay couldn’t have been any better. You are all awesome!

The nicest Embassy Suites we have ever stayed in. The atmosphere of the entire hotel and the rooms is fresh, superbly & spotlessly clean and well cared for. The room was beautiful with a comfortable bed and was super clean and fresh. The made to order extravagant breakfast was delicious and everyone from the chef to the wait staff and even a manager that made sure to welcome us and ask if our breakfast was OK were friendly, kind and professional and showed excellence in their work. My made to order omelet was so yummy and made with fresh ingredients, the cinnamon French toast was outstanding and the fruit was beautiful and fresh. Located in an area where we felt very safe.
