Best fine dining option in BCS! Our only criticism would be the relaxation of the dress code; too nice a place to allow in flip flops and shorts for dinner.

Great traditional steak house with a slight twist on staples. The steaks were perfectly cooked (a high maintenance medium minus) with the sauces adding extra difference. The sides of smoked mashed potatoes had a subtle smoke flavor that blended well, and the poblano cream corn was just the right consistency and flavor. Dessert (don't judge) of cheesecake and Marie Antoinette were both the way to end things. Seriously good food. Our server was very personable with good suggestions, attentive not obtrusive, and worked well with the others that assisted. Felt very at home, not stuffy, we will absolutely be back and highly recommend it!

A tale of two stories, Kayla did a fantastic job presenting the menu details, fantastic job presenting the cocktail options and was very good at engaging with us, great advocate of your brand. Food was fantastic, cooked to perfection, servers did a great job with the steak sauces presentation, the old fashioned cocktail was on spot and desserts minimalistic and with a great flavor profile. The hostesses though a different story, the front end of the experience, 4 ladies who kept looking at one of my teenager daughters when we checked in who also had the audacity of staring at my daughter and giggling after we passed them on our way out, for the amazing experience The Republic provides, you really need hostesses that elevate the dining process

The service was Exceptional!! Our Server Tyler was attentive and personable from start to finish, My wife and I will be back next time we are in College Station due to the quality of service alone. The food was good but not Amazing however both of our steaks were cooked perfectly. our only complaint would be with the Cocktails the Whiskey cocktails were spot on but my Wife ordered a couple different non whiskey cocktails and did not like any of them. We will be back and would not hesitate to recommend any of our friends to eat here.

We love the chicken fried oysters and lobster bisque. The steak was great. Service was great. We're glad they added a chocolate dessert to the menu.

Our server Maddie was outstanding on our recent visit. Informative on the menu and the college station area. From VA and have visited numerous steakhouses in the DC area and across our travels. This was by far, one of the most outstanding steaks we have had (filet mignon), and the sides, the cocktails, the service, really top notch. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent time at the bar before dinner. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We enjoyed sharing bourbons and catching up with each other. The outstanding service continued once we were seated for dinner. The food was excellent, and the menu featured a few unexpected options not typically found at a traditional upscale steakhouse. The hostesses and valet staff were also friendly and efficient.
