The bartender was the absolute rudest employee I have ever encountered. She spoke to us incredibly disrespectfully, did not once smile, was not helpful with prices or menu items, and acted like we were ruining her life by ordering a drink at her own job. If I were the Spot’s management, I’d seriously reconsider who I’m allowing to represent my business, because this experience ruined our night and we will never be returning.

Someone stole my card info, I went there a month ago and my card just got hit again last night! Don't trust them with your debit or credit cards!!! I'm reporting them, bank is filing charges.

If you tryna go here after the kitchen closes then don't bother. The line is virtually non-existent, bouncers are completely useless as they cant organise the people coming in and pay no mind to the fact that some people brazenly cut in front of others waiting in the actual line, management decides to charge cover fees at its discretion, and once I get in I find that its often too crowded for me to have a good time or talk to new ppl. Sure the giant margs are nice spot might be a good restaurant, but they are still a restaurant. That said go spend your time at literally any other bar in Northgate or hit up the frats bc the spot provides a VERY badly executed nightlife concept

They won't let you pee inside unless you pay them $10. Maybe get some porta potties outside

Went here to watch the UFC fight this past weekend. There were easily at least 100 people outside watching definitely enjoyed that part of the night. However after being there for 2 hours I eventually needed to use the restroom. The only restroom is inside the bar and I went up to the door to ask to use the restroom. I was told I had to wait in a 20 minute line or my other option was to slip the door guy a $10. Obviously I didn't do this as it was ridiculous and clearly immoral. I was not the only person that had this issue. Just at the table I was at outside I heard 3 other people say they needed to use the restroom but would be forced to wait in the line to get inside. I'd definitely recommend investing in a porta potty or 2 for the outside area
