Ani gave some of the best guest service I have ever had. She is warm, welcoming, and hilarious. She was also very attentive to my needs. She made me feel less like a customer and more like a friend. Ani made my experience at The Toasted Yolk a lovely memory. Next time I go I am definitely requesting her again as my waitress. She deserves a raise!

The managers and staff are amazing here! Coffee is the bomb too! We buy it by the bags when visiting. The chef is amazing with creating assortments of dishes with so much flavor and fresh platters! The food is always fresh and delicious. But it is the service that is makes this place outstanding. From the friendly hostesses at the entrance to amazing servers who make you feel like family, the Toasted Yolk is one of the best places for breakfast, brunch or lunch in the Brazos Valley. It is a favorite spot for families, groups, business meetings, or for those just wanting a relaxing place to eat and watch an A&M game. You can always find "regulars" who frequent the TY nearly everyday! The Toasted Yolk is truly "The Best of the Brazos"! This is in response to Brandon Colliers review about management. I was in the restaurant at the time of the situation and let me tell you, as a person I am impressed at the professionalism of the Manager, Rachel. The table was very aggressive and rude, acted like they owned the place!! Rachel kept her cool and tone in check all while keeping a smile on her face! The audacity of people and how entitled they feel. I've been here multiple times and return because of service and Management!!! They treat you like family and accomodate every reasonable request.

Service was good and the food was decent, but kind of spendy for what it was. When you get over the $25/diner threshold there's a higher expectation for us at brunch.
Phenomenal service across the board! It was my husband and I first visit and we were treated so warmly by our waitress, the lovely Ani and staff! The atmosphere was open and inclusive and the food was very comforting and hearty. My husband adored the Cowboy Scrambler and went on about how it tasted exactly how the biscuits and gravy reminded him of how his mother used to make them as a child. The food was not to heavy as to weigh you down after the meal and our appetizer (chicken beignets and candied bacon) hit just the right spot! Will definitely be visiting again and couldn't recommend it enough!

Little bit of a drive, but I was there to clean their vent hoods anyway. This place truly is a great place to be. Family oriented and friendly, this place. Husband and wife owned, and the kitchen is run by one of the coolest and patient people I've met in the food industry. This place is really clean and they take great care, to make sure all their food is prepared right. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!
