Great food and friendly staff. Not to mention such a convenient location and wonderful view!
It was our first time doing this, and it was great! Loved the vantage point and of course, the free food. A few more protein items would be great. Maybe some yogurt, cottage cheese, or bacon/sausage. What was available was nice; more protein would be better.
I was there twenty years ago and was highly impressed by the food, service and the location. Location is still impressive but the Buffet menu was pretty pathetic for around $35 per head.
I was here for an event. This place is much smaller than I expected, and the food was a bit dry, especially the meat. I heard from others that it was not the best food during buffet hours either. The view was good, but it could be better.

The food was great and the view was amazing. Thank you Iris for your excellent service. Thank you for making us feel at home. Joey brought my son an orange juice and he was happy. Will definitely be back again another time for lunch.

This place really surprised me in the best way. The view alone is worth the visit—being up on the 11th floor with those massive windows made the whole experience feel elevated, almost like you’re dining above the city. It’s calm, peaceful, and has a kind of quiet elegance to it.
The food was solid and really enjoyed the dessert in addition to the fajitas. What really stood out was the service. Everyone was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and I especially want to recognize Iris, the manager. She went out of her way to check on us and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the guest experience.
Overall, it felt like a hidden gem—somewhere I’d definitely come back to, whether for a quiet lunch or a relaxed dinner with friends.

Menu said they have shrimp; they did not have shrimp. Kitchen staff reassured us they have shrimp and they never brought it out. However, their dessert selection and tomato soup were good.
I love the food here it always fresh. The view is the best view I personally believe of all of college station . The staff is great and Iris the manager is always helpful and welcoming !

Good food, ambiance and wonderful view. Took a visiting seminar speaker to lunch and it was enjoyed by all.
The salmon and shrimp today was great with lemon butter sauce. The smoke brisket some of best I've eaten. The service was fantastic. Than you for making our special occasion unforgettable.

First time to have lunch at the club since the remodel. Food and service was just as good as I remembered! Great views too! Gig'em! 👍
Buffet style that has food better than Sbisa but had limited selection. There is a set course every time: mine was Mexican food which had beef fajita, chicken fajita, sausage, shrimp, rice, beans, and other things for a taco. There was also a salad bar and 2 types of soup (broccoli cheddar, tomato basil); however, I'm not sure if that was only for when I went. View was great as you can see all of TAMU campus. Service was great but seemed understaffed so refills on drinks and clean ups for plates took longer than ideal. Definitely less people earlier you go so that is the best time to go. Lastly, lunch food was only 16.99.
I personally enjoy the University Club very much, and I bring guests frequently and am a regular at the club. Overall, a great value and experience, with impressive views and rich history for Texas A&M. Can't imagine Rudder Tower without the University Club.
