even tho summer school ended regular classes were about to start. TIPSY TURTLE was a very nice and pleasurable shot bar. very down to earth. excellent service. all in all very nice place. only down fall was that I wasnt to fond of a certain shot that apparently was a top shot there at the bar. it had something to do with pickle juice and Bacardi.
Its a shot bar.. So get your s*** and get out, that way everyone can slurp down a round and keep going.. Known for their pickle shots, but there are many other great shots that they can make. One of my favs is the Mexican candy, also mango bango shots are bomb af. Yea it gets crowded and the bartenders are cranking out shots 15 at a time sometimes. Be patient. They'll get to you
Nice bartenders, willing to show you fun shots/cocktails they're working on when it's slow, pickle shots are a must if you go there, & you can even buy Tipsy Turtle shirts there! Only downside is that it is a small bar so I wouldn't suggest staying longer than the time it takes you to down a shot or two.
