Just moved to CS and was looking for real Czech kolache. I was pleasantly surprised with Trackside and they are like homemade ones. Can’t say that for many bakeries as most don’t get the dough right and cheap with the filling. I make them myself from my mom’s recipe and I do recommend these. Even the klobasnik are excellent and they use good klobase for them. Poppyseed is my favorite kolache and I also got apricot and cheese too and plenty of filling too. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
I Placed my order through Facebook messenger on Monday and was in communication up until yesterday morning Friday and got there at 8 AM today and they do not have my order they are missing stuff from the order and they had no cinnamon rolls this was a huge order!
The “sister” was rude because she was a pansy that I was yelling at her. Yes I am yelling because this was for a party and it was huge order on GAMEDAY!
