I bought the worse smoothie bowl ever normally they are supposed to be healthy and make you feel good however mines was just to sweet everything on it was way to sweet and I just couldn't eat straight sugar I've bought smooth bowls other places jamba juice and clean juice however if like ice cream with fruit on top have at it
