Horrible service. My husband and I came into the restaurant to have a nice to quick breakfast. We waited over 30 mins for our drinks. I received my meal first but then he waited another 30 mins and I had to ask for our drinks. We waited and then asked about my husband’s food. They claimed an issue with the computer yet people who came in after us got their food and drinks fine. I ordered dine in and my drink came in a to go cup. My husband asked for his food to go because we had to go back to work and we waited another 20 mins. Way too long to be at this spot for a simple breakfast. I didn’t even get to eat with my husband. I even asked for the managers number and the guy in the front didn’t give it to me. I will not come back. I want my money back. What an awful experience for our first time! No real apologies, nothing…when his food came, the to go box was open. And then I asked for a receipt and found out half our order wasn’t on it to begin with. Why didn’t the staff say anything? They did say sorry at the end but not in great detail. They need to train employees better…

We came here a couple of months ago and it was amazing! We came again and the service was terrible, they had 3 different menus but were out of turkey, bacon, ham, chips and cream for coffee. Mind you, they are a COFFEE SHOP. Won’t be returning. The coffee was disgusting with absolutely no cream inside

We are so happy we found this place. The food and coffees were absolutely delicious. Worth every penny. However we were a little put off having to order at the counter. That made it feel a little like fast food. They did bring the drinks and food to our table. The service was friendly and quick. One nice thing ordering at the counter was the meal was paid for and we did not have to wait when we were finished. We will be back to work our way through their fabulous menu.

Cute atmosphere horrible service and even worse food. Worst 70.00 I’ve spent in a long time.. we walked up and ordered 4 meals and two house coffees. Food took about 30 min to come out. Which wasn’t a big deal but when it arrived, bacon was cold on the prytania dish .. fries were cold and gravy was cold on the canal street dish. The Frenchman st dish consisted of French toast that tasted like it had been sitting in a fridge uncovered for too long. We never recieved our coffee.. I asked a worker if we had to wait up front and she said no that it would be brought out.. a different Worker brought out coffees that weren’t what we ordered and we told her that was the wrong ones she then proceeded to take those back but never brought us our coffee. We told the manager that we hadn’t received our coffee and that the food was cold but he made an excuse that they were short staffed and never made an attempt to make it right.. said the coffee was still coming.. mind you .. I ordered house coffee!!! Nothing special.. well we finished our meals and went to ask for a refund of our coffee and he just handed me cash and said nothing.. should’ve asked for my tip back too!! Worse experience ever!

Terrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would.1st - The girl at the counter taking orders was extremely rude and not helpful. Sorry that you have 3 different menus for ordering at the counter style establishment.2nd - 4 groups after we order got their food before we did3rd - When we asked where our order was or if it was misplaced the girl rudely asked “well what did y’all have and rolled her eyes”4th - The manager guy said the “computer” erased it, even thought it was paid for, and he would put it in… mind you we had already waited 45 Minutes. We asked for a refund and left, not one person that worked that even apologized , they seemed more annoyed that we asked where our food was.Terrible customer service, employees not friendly.

I don't know how this place is still open. This is my third attempt coming here. I keep hoping that they got it figured out between visits but, I won't bother anymore. We walked in and could see no less than 4 employees. There were three tables unbussed and the others were full. There were several customers waiting for tables and no one was bussing. We started bussing tables but the bus bin was full. Eventually some of the employees started helping. We ordered a mimosa flight. The glasses they came in were dirty and there was stuff floating in them (see pic). We are still waiting for food, and there are several tables here before us still waiting for theirs. We are afraid to eat it based on how dirty everything else has been so far.Got our food... the plates were NASTY! Seriously, there was stuff all over the bottoms of all the plates, and the tops didn't look much cleaner. They brought the wrong order for one of us. We got our money back and left.

It’s obvious when a place truly cares about their food and a positive experience. I was easily guided to a gluten free option which was delicious. The Masala Chai was spicy and just as I expected. Everyone at our table loved their meal and received beautiful plates of food that the owner was clearly very proud of. I’m very hopeful to return on our next visit and find that they are succeeding!

The service was quick and friendly, and the food was both delicious and hot! We ordered the beignets, which were fluffy, hot, and mouth-watering. My mom ordered the Bayou Benedict, and I got the Carondelet Street. These two dishes were exceptionally delicious and had a unique twist to them, which made them stand out from classic breakfast plates. We highly recommend trying them out! We left feeling full and content. In addition, we ordered a hot Chai tea latte and an iced Lavender latte, which were both amazing!

I was here for a networking event, and they had such a good system for a large group. I received my order quickly, and it was really tasty. I advised of being gluten free, and they were great at ensuring my order was free from cross-contamination. Overall, a great experience.
