Counter service was amazing! Food was fast, hot and plentiful. Store was clean and everyone was so polite. Great experience!

As a manager you shouldn't play the blame game out loudly towards the staff, instead just kindly more privately if you will show, and correct them on any mistake they may occur.
As a manager you should pay more close attention to and show more courtesy towards your customers. Especially when the order has been made wrong several times. Have better time management on getting orders out a few customers complained about the wait time for their food, and even I had a long wait.
I wanted 2 potato tequitos no egg, no cheese
I received 2 tequitos 1 with just eggs, 1 with just cheese due to the cashier staff mistakenly putting the order in wrong but was very nice and kind.
I repeated what I ordered more than 4 times as so did the staff taking orders and the order still was wrong with having something on it I did not even order (bacon) instead of the manager analyzing the order, the manager instantly went against the customer, then adding that I told her I wanted something (cheese) that I told her for sure I didn't want the 1st time it was made wrong, due to me being a vegetarian. After the wait, leaving then having to bring back another wrong order I just requested my money back for that 1 tequito. Manager kindly told me since I paid with card my refund would be back on what I paid with, there was no apology whatsoever, nothing to satisfy the customer, or anything of that nature. With that being said it's safe to say they just lost a customer and I would not recommend visiting this location.
Below is a picture of the tequito the manager went against me saying it didn't have bacon on it as I told her it was pieces of bacon but either way the order was still wrong with cheese on it.

I went to Whataburger.
Just so slow. Nothing special no changes. Not particularly busy. SLOW.
The girl at the counter threw away my burger because she was too lazy to look for my number sitting on the table. A quick lunch turned into a 35 minute ordeal.

Did curbside order way ahead and they forgot items. Had to get off to get my order after waiting 15 mins. Then had to go back in to grab what they didn't put in my bag. I understand mistakes happened but not when it's 3 items your supposed to bring out. Please check your bags before you leave. Next time I'll just stuck with wellborn wateraburger instead. At least they dont forget my items and quick service.

Undercooked chicken in the grilled chicken sandwich just now. My wife is pregnant and furious. I regret my restaurant suggestion. 😞
Do these onions look grilled to you? They are crunchy and still kinda cool. Its one of two ingredients on the patty melt and yall couldn't even get it right.

I'd give zero stars if I could, called corporate as well. Paid 15.79 for my meal, guess what they got it wrong. I called and was told by a Juan who said he was the manager who sounded like the guy who took my order who initially said his name was dequan to come up there to receive my refund for the order they made wrong, rang up right made wrong. Wasted gas to go up there for them to tell me that can't refund because the drawer is different than when I paid. How is the drawer different when the same cashier who is now claiming to be the manager after stating they don't have a manager name Juan. Then refused to remake order after they messed it up. Instead of using the extra money on the powder y'all sprinkle in the oil to lighten it when filtering instead of using fresh grease, it needs to be spent on training your employees on how to correctly make orders. I recorded the conversation from the phone call as well as the drive through as well as my call to corporate.
