Twice now I have went through that drive-through and it specifically asked for specific things and they still get them wrong. They either need to find new people to listen to the customers or new management to train the employees to listen to the customers.

I have been a Whataburger customer for over 50 years. This location has the worst customer service that I have experienced. I asked the register clerk for lemon juice because there was none in the condiment counter; however, she lied and said they did not have any. I asked her to check with someone else and she ignored my request. I asked the person that brought my order to my table and she returned with 7 packets of lemon juice. I Spoke to the manager on duty and she said the register clerk was too busy to help me. There was less than 8 customers in the store and few cars in the drive thru. If you patronize this location expect poor service.

The young man taking my order was coughing. I should have left then, but I didn't. The cheeseburger I ordered was cold. It was re-made but came out cold again. The fries were luke warm. The condiment area was dirty and not stocked. The soda area needed to be wiped down.

I ordered a junior cheeseburger, and the Patty was so thin that it was falling apart. I asked one of the employees there, and they said that the quality is going downhill in order to keep the prices the same. This company will be losing our business unless they make a change. Also, the employee their asked if we wanted our ketchup to put back on the tray so we wouldn't throw it away.

Racist management, they skip the Hispanics or ignore their orders being taken out. They would intentionally skip the orders. I understand their is food rushes but when the majority of the staff is 95% Caucasian they’d prioritize the same race. Even two of the workers recognized this and took it upon themselves to check on our orders. Spent over 30 minutes waiting for 2 simple burgers as is.

Isnt normal to have a wonderful service in a whataburger , but edward was amazing , wonderful service, super kind! This is what whataburger needs to be !
