paid 10 dollars and got nothing in return after waiting for an hour. horrible customer service. no one else in line btw
Stopped in for a light snack before shopping at Lowe’s. Waited 20 minutes for 2 kids meals and the line was actually short. We went inside to ask for a refund and why it was taking so long and were told it was shift change. They definitely need a better process for shift change. Super disappointed but reconfirms why we usually go to chic fil a . Unfortunately it was Sunday and they were closed.

The service at Whataburger has plummeted. We were the third car in the drive through line, ordered 3 things, and for some reason it took 30 minutes to receive our order. We chose a drive through because we were in a hurry. If we wanted to wait 30 minutes for breakfast we would have gone somewhere with better food.

Very very slow waited 30 minutes for a single small order. Got a condecending attitude from the staff. Don’t go if you want fast food, might as well go to a normal restaurant.

I don’t know if all Whataburgers are declining or just this one. There was no ice for drinks. Even though I made a mobile order they took forever to get the food together. I had to go inside to get my food and they handed me to cups to fill the drinks and said nonchalantly “There’s no ice”. My burger patties looked like they were cooked in a microwave, just gray disks of meat. It sucked
