Arrive at store 5 minutes prior to the hour set to pick up through the web site. Told the guys was on online order, said something to me didn't understand. Very friendly, the lady working the counter immediately noticed I'd never been there before and explained the whole process. Normally this is a stressful process, but I had a great first time eating there and the sandwich was delicious. I will be coming back here again for sure.
