My sister and I went yesterday to get the new Sweet Chili Glaze flavor at this Wingstop location. The cashier, Anthony, had great customer service. It made the atmosphere refreshing. Our food was fresh and it didn’t take an extremely long time for it to come out, with consideration that there was us and two other dine in customers. I gave 4 stars because the drink machine wasn’t really up to par and it could be an inconvenience to those who are really thirsty. However, this review is to give a shoutout to Anthony for providing great customer service. Thank you 🙏🏽

I was there for 45 minutes then gave my order to the wrong person and did nothing to stop them while laughing about it to their co workers who were clearly under the influence. Adding another 15 minutes to my wait so I waited an hour for my 8 piece boneless meal.

Very slow service, the staff does not even know what they are doing, very dissatisfied, wait for an order that has already been ordered for 15 minutes and wait 30 minutes or more for them to give you a simple order, bad service

Ordered from this location for the first time. We ordered the 24pcs bone-in chicken wing with 2 large sides. We got the garlic parm, Korean BBQ, and Honey Rub. They were all delicious. The seasoned fries are the best. DoorDash does the delivery and it took this driver 35mins to get to me since he picked my order up. My bag seal was broken, I had missing fries, and my other fries were undercooked and cold. When I called the store, the staff told me to call back the next day because they were closing. After speaking with Manager, Juan, he was nice enough to assist me with replacing my fries and added a 5pcs wings. This was my 2nd bad experience with DoorDash so I think I’m going to be picking up from now on.

Horrible experience, ordered Uber Eats from this store. Wings came horribly assembled and didn’t even have flavor in them. While the fries which were buffalo ranch fries lacked flavor and was very little amount DESPITE the cost of it being 3 dollars extra than regular fries. 0/10 do not recommend

I went recently with two friends and they weren’t welcoming when ordering. I sat to go wait for my order and the tables weren’t clean and there was still trash on the tables.The cashier got mad when I forgot to order something and decided to add to the order. I sat and ate most of my food but I went to the restroom for about three minutes and my food was gone. They were cleaning my table like I was finished when I clearly had food laid out uneaten. Luckily my friend caught them in time and manage to save my other friends food because they also went to the restroom.

The service 0 the cashier boy taking wrong orders and the manager was upset because we complained about lack of change and cashier 100% Rasist and still making fun of us even when he made several mistakes in his service the truth is winstop has always been our favorites but here in Bryan We did not return and to finish the potatoes they served us
