They take forever to make food. Place is being managed horribly.

So we went in and the service was quick but we haven't decided what we wanted yet, the lady at the front seemed like she was busy and or tired of our existence just from walking in the door, we got two 10 piece combos one with regular mild the other with mild/honey or whatever the dry rub is, we got our cups, but no lids, there was none at the drink stand and we took our meal to go, it came out pretty quickly and was packed beautifully. But like 4-5 hours later both me and my girlfriend are sick with food poisoning and all we have eaten today was this. This leads me to believe the food was ill prepared or the food itself is past due and neither are good. Leaving a one star review, not a fan of the service, the food gave us stomach issues, and we didn't feel like we were invited nor were we welcome.

Good food and the people who work there are nice, but the wait is abysmal. There needs to be more people working at the place, constantly getting swamped and late on orders.

Pros: boneless wings and fries are both solid. online ordering available for pickup.

Cons: food often takes forever. Bare minimum effort from cashiers. Atmosphere is literally two soundless tvs on espn, people rotting while waiting for food, and the hits playing on the radio.

Advice: always order 30 minutes before arriving and don't dine in unless you want to chill and people watch (Or if you're with your idgaf squad)

This is the 2nd time they been forgetting fries, ranch and drinks this place is not like before the staff members keep forgetting food in the orders.

tried to order about 20 min before close and yes i understand but i had just got out of work and figured it would be enough time. well they answered put me on hold for about 6 minutes even tho store was not busy and then said i waited to long to order . which i dont understand bc it would have been fine if they didn’t keep me on hold and picking up a doordash at the same location and would be there on time before close. got here and the doordash order wasn’t even started. and not one customer inside.

My wife and I come to this location very often and usually never have any issues but the past 2 visits have been absolutely ridiculous 1st time the girl taking our order is sooo rude to the point my wife literally had to tell me to leave it alone she may just be having a bad day but no the 2nd time attitude was the same never said anything to us just stood there staring like we did something wrong to her then we ordered a 15 piece classic wings waited 25min to get our food i took 1 bite and they were cold so I checked the others by pulling the meat off thinking ok maybe it was just that 1 nope all cold took back to the counter got new 1s but was told I only fixed a 10 piece because 1 was biten and the others were pulled apart my apologies for making it were u can't give to the next person or put then in the microwave but here we will give them to u this time like no I paid and waited for hot food to enjoy not cold food mind u we sat there to eat never left the store soooo how is my food cold I will not be coming back to spend my hard earned money to be treated like this I don't recommend anyone to this establishment management needs to step in and get these kids from running this store before it goes under fast

They talk so much and don’t get to work for their orders. I’ve been here 30 mins and they just talk about nothing. Customer service here sucks and the idiotic things they talk about are disgusting and gross. Just get to work please and get your customers out and going.

I ordered my order ahead and the app told me the wait was 16-21 minutes. I show up and they haven’t even started on my order and the store didn’t even have a line of people! Very unprofessional had music blasting from a personal phone. The way the employees spoke to the costumers was very disrespectful.

I mean the food is fine. The wait time is egregious. If you want less than half an hour you have to order online (they put online orders in front of in person orders), and either way you still wait crazy amounts of time for “fast food”. It’d honestly be quicker to make the wings from scratch AT HOME. I ordered in person and waited about 45 minutes from time of order. Wtf.
