Don't eat here they are nasty . I can tell you stories of how dirty they are . Slim in the tea containers, they don't wash their drink stations , a week ago they had no water for hours and had to go buy jugs of water from the grocery store to wash their hands and dishes . I wouldn't feed my dog what they serve to humans

I'm blown away from the bad reviews lol we have gone here twice now on the weekend, coming through. I grew up eating zaxbys and it's my favorite fast food place. We live near the woodlands area and the one there is just not good at all. Both times we have come here, first time was ordered in, second through drive thru, and the food was DELICIOUS. Exactly how it should be...we all ate food that had to do with the chicken strips.

Never again! I just spent $30 on wings that were inedible. Dry and old gross wings. I called the manager and even though she offered to remake them I said no thanks. She said she would talk to the kitchen. It should have never been served in the first place!

Just had a very strange experience here. Waited over 20 mins for our food and staff seemed very inexperienced or overwhelmed, even though it wasn’t packed by any means. At least 2 other customers complained about their orders, and several drive thru customers seemed to send back food or drinks for being incorrect. Will not be going back anytime soon.

I've eaten at zaxbys before a few years ago and my memories of it were way better than the food. The chicken was overcooked and the fries were nothing to write home about. The bread was nice. All in all I wish I had stopped at Kanes instead.

I arrived at 8:40 the dining room door was locked I then, drove around to the drive thru and there were multiple cones placed in the drive thru I am highly disappointed cause I drove from Bryan to college station and the restaurant closed early I expected better out of them.

DO NOT COME HERE TERRIBLE STAFF! I don't know how this Zaxbys location has 4.5 stars. To start the lady at the front taking the orders was not nice at all. Then when we got the food everything was cold. The fries were cold, the toast was not fresh or the wings. Im so disappointed. That's not where it ends though. The lady that took our order had some friends or family sitting at a table near our booth that she would come over and talk to. I got up from my booth to leave and as I was pushing the door open I realized I was leaving my purse behind. I look over at my booth and my purse is lying there on the seat. I realize that the lady who took our order and her friends were staring at my purse watching me leave it behind. As I turned around to get it the lady who took our order stormed off as if she was upset that I retrieved my purse. I am scared for the people who eat here and hope they find employees with better morals.

I ordered to dine in with my daughter and I ordered the nibblers and the traditional wing. The fires were very old and cold. My wings were also raw which will be shown on a picture I took. I never have had a bad experience with this place until today.
