Pechuga al Comal

Molcajete

Anna's is a nice, upscale-ish restaurant serving Tex-Mex classics executed perfectly. Service is prompt without hovering and it's subdued enough you can have a conversation without having to shout across the table. More than a little mad at myself for not visiting this Mid-Cities institution sooner. Will go back for certain.

My wife and I have been here many times. No matter how many people are with us or the time of day or week we always receive great service. Haven't had anything I haven't enjoyed. Don't hesitate to tray them out.

Chips ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨
-warm and fresh corn chips! But not overwhelming.
Salsa ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
-cilantro base. Not watery. Just right spice. Not too hot.
Margaritas are great. Smooth.
Not too strong.
Has very calm vibe. It is more up scale but brings a nice calm. Great for a date.
The Mexican rice might be my favorite. Just is the real deal. Not all the corn to make it to sweet. Even the rancheros melt in your mouth.
